"My question is... where are your parents?" Shouto asked hesitantly. Your breath hitched and your chest tightened.

Your whole life no one has ever asked where your parents were. Well you did get asked once or twice but you just said that you didn't know. But you didn't want to lie to Shouto but you didn't want to tell him your past or your secret of being a dragon. So you decided to tell him what actually happened to your parents but leaving out all the stuff he shouldn't know, because if he did know then that could start another war between mortals and immortals or another dragon vs human war even though those haven't happened in centuries.

"Where I come from, parents take care of their children for the first 6 years then let them fend for themselves so that they could learn how to survive by themselves so that could grow up to be warriors. In those 6 years I had a pretty good life. My parents are completely different but they still loved each other. My father was like everything good in the world as a living thing. He saved many lives and had better morals than everyone else. He was an angel. But my mother was the exact opposite of him. She was like everything evil in the world as a living thing. She hurt many many people, emotionally and physically. They both had lots of disagreements on how to raise me. My father wanted to raise me to be an even better person than him, more pure and heroic. But my mother wanted to raise me to become an evil, vicious ruler. Until it was too much for my father to handle. So he divorced her and took me with him. My mother was devastated yet furious, the last thing she said to my father was "If I can't have you two, then no one else can either!" My father raised me his way but when I turned 6 and my father was about to let me go, my mother came and stabbed him in the heart, killing him. I ended up having to fight my own mother. I didn't do so well considering I was still very young and I got beat up badly. I was in a lot of pain, emotionally and physically. So I begged her to kill me. But she didn't. She whispered in my ear "I want to kill you so so bad. But that's not good enough for you. Instead I'm going to let you live with all your pain and suffering. I'm going to let you live with not knowing when I will come for you. You will live with looking over your shoulder everyday. And the day you feel the safest, that's the day I will come for you." Then she left me. I still live in fear to this day about the day she does come. Because everytime I get stronger, so does she."

You inhaled and exhaled, waiting for his reply. "Is that why you decided to become a hero? So that when the day she does come, you'll be stronger?" You shook your head slightly. "Then excuse me for asking but why did you want to become a hero?" You knew one day he would ask that.

"I want to become a hero to make up for all the awful stuff I've done in my past. And I guess a part of me wanted to become the hero my father was." He nodded and placed his cold hand on your shoulder, comforting you. You smiled in his direction which made his heart speed up and you wiped the tears that were about to spill out of your eyes. You cleared your throat and looked out the window to see that the two of you were now at the top. A bright smile made it's way onto your face. "Wow the view is so beautiful!" You exclaimed, pressing your hands on the window.

Shouto smiled softly and spoke. "Not as beautiful as you." Your eyes widened and your cheeks flushed.

For the rest of the weekend you just chilled in your room and just been lazy. You binge watched two of your favorite shows and hung with (BF/n) in her room a lot too. Until your long and fun weekend came to an end when it was Monday. While your whole class was talking about the incident you sat in your seat in the classroom and stole a couple of glances at Shouto. He did the same but his glances were more stares then glancing.

"Attention home room class! Everyone take your seats! Class is about to begin!" Tenya exclaimed throughout the class even though he was the only one standing. "Um, we're all in our seats. You're the only one standing." You mentioned with your arms behind your head as you looked in the direction of the boy with glasses. Tenya sat back down, shaking with disappointment. Suddenly Aizawa-san came in looking like a mummy with all the bandages covering every inch of his skin. "Mr. Aizawa! I'm glad you're okay!" Tenya shouted with pride. "You call that ok?" Ochaco asked, her voice all shaky. "My well being is irrelevant." He assured. "But your fight has just begun."
"Our fight?"
"Don't tell me..."
"Not more bad guys!"

Aizawa-san blinked. "The U.A sports festival is about to start." He said calmly. "Don't scare us like that!!" The whole class except for you, yelled. Then everyone started to cheer and talk to each other about the sports festival, until Jiro raised her hand. "Is it really such a good idea to hold the sports festival right after the villains snuck in?" "Yeah, they could attack once we're all in the same place." Ojiro continued. "The school thought it would be a good way to show the world that the threat has been handled and that our school is safer than ever." Aizawa-san reassured but the grape pervert guy that you found out his name was Mineta, was still shaking uncontrollably.

"Can't they just call it off? I mean, it's just a sports festival." You raised a brow. "Mineta, don't you know how important this competition is?" You asked. "Of course I do I just don't want to get murdered!" Mineta whispered-yelled to you. "The U.A sports festival is one of the most watched events in the world. It used to be the Olympics but then quirks started appearing and the games have been drastically changed. If anyone cares about competition, then U.A sports festival is the event to watch." Aizawa-san informed. "Heroes from all over will be watching, this is where you'll get scouted." Momo said proudly and everyone agreed. "1 chance a year, 3 chances in a lifetime and anybody who wants to become a pro hero cannot miss this event."

It was finally lunch time and you sat with Shouto as usual. He looked deep in thought until he looked up to your heterochromia eyes with his heterochromia eyes. "Do you think Midoriya is All Might's secret love child?" You choked on your drink and started coughing and wheezing. "What in the world gave you that idea?" Your voice cracked. You knew Toshinori must have passed down One for All to Izuku but you knew this had to be a secret. Shouto shrugged and went back to eating.

When the bell rang signifying that lunch was over, you got up and threw your trash in the trash and began walking towards the hallway. Until Shouto called out your name. You slowly turned around, facing Shouto.

He grabbed both of your shoulders and brought you close to him, causing you to blush madly. "(Y/n), I can't believe I didn't notice before but I-"

Katsuki screamed and shoved you away from each other, which caught you and Shouto both off guard so you both fell to the ground. "Katsuki!" You yelled but he stomped off to the classroom before you could say anything else. You shrugged and helped both yourself and Shouto off the ground. "So what is it you wanted to tell me?" You asked while his hands were still in yours. "I was going to say that I lo-" Shouto got cut off again when everyone started flooding the halls to get to their next class. "We better get to class before it gets too crowded!" You yelled over the crowd and grabbed Shouto's hand to lead him to the classroom. You finally got there but everyone who was in the halls were now standing in the doorway to your class.

'Why did Bakugo had to come and ruin my confession?' Shouto thought.

'That icy hot bastard has a death wish.' Bakugo thought.

'Why is everyone outside our classroom?' You thought.
