I fixed up the first half of the introduction so if you want to check it out that'd be great. I edited almost everything before the "history" part. But just in case you don't want to go back and read it here's the updated version:

"You have horns on your head and have a (DS/c) dragon tail from behind.

(You get to decide what you want your horns to look like)

You wear a (4F/c) cap and (4F/c) converse with your school uniform and with almost everything you wear

In your dragon form, you take form of a large (DS/c) dragon with broad wings and a skull-like mask when in battle.

(You can choose what you want to look like in your dragon form)

Your eye colors stay the same."
