After the two day break after the U.A Sports Festival, normal classes resumed at the school (much to your disappointment). You did your morning routine and ate the Omurice breakfast (BF/n) prepared for you. Aftering putting on your signature (4F/c) cap and tied your (4F/c) converse on you made your way out the door and began walking back to the school. You grabbed out your phone from your backpacks side pocket and stopped to fish out your earbuds (or headphones) from the bag filled with school stuff."Where are they?" You mumbled to yourself. 'I must of forgotten them at home.' You looked behind you to see how far the walk back to your condo apartment. You were feeling lazy today and didn't feel like walking all the way back. You sighed and zipped up your bag, harnessing the heavy block behind your back once again and started walking again. "Today is officially gonna suck." You said, a little bit too over dramatic. "Mommy look. It's the girl from third place." A youthful voice said.
You turned your head to see a little boy with bright, shiny blond hair pulling on his blonde mothers arm. "Yes, I see dear." She said with a smooth, milky voice while trying to make him walk again. There was also an older young girl next to the mother with dark pink hair and seemed to be a moody 13 year old who looked like she hasn't been in the sun for weeks. Before the blonde woman could pull her son away he ran across the street... when a car was speeding past the road. You immediately noticed the car and dashed to the center of the road and held out your hand in a bold motion.
The headlights shattered when they came into contact with your shield to protect the child. After a few seconds, the shield descended into the palm of your hand before the tall, blonde woman screamed and ran towards the two of you and held her safe son in her arms. The female looked at you like she was looking a God in the eyes, which she kinda was. "Th-thank you. So so much." She whimpered out as she squeezed her son, not looking away from his form. The older sister was still on the curb but was frozen in shock and was breathing heavily but gained back her senses as she ran into the street joining her mom with making sure the juvenile was safe.
The boy, however, was the opposite of his female family members. He didn't care that he almost got hit by a car and instead kept looking at you with shining eyes bolded with admiration and excitement. Being this close to the family you realized all three of them had raven colored eyes. Without thinking you asked the boy, "Why aren't you scared? You almost died." The two females looked at you strangely. The brave, blond boy wasted no time to answer. "Because I knew you'd save me." Your eyes widened at the little boys words. "So you knew a car was coming." "Nope. I had no clue." Your eyes stayed widened with realization. You had no clue that kids and other people had so much trust in heroes that they wouldn't care if they put their life at risk because they knew a hero would rescue them. That actually put a lot of pressure on you. But it wasn't really healthy for a child to rely on heroes all the time because if something were to happen to them and a hero didn't show up because of many reasons, it could result in them feeling betrayed and would most likely transition into a villain to get revenge. It worried you.
