The sun shone brightly as the plane landed smoothly on the foreign soil. A (H/C) girl stepped out into the open as she exited the airport, the noisy sounds of the big city surrounding her. This was her home for the next three years. Walking down the side of the airport she called for a taxi and hopped in.
Musutafu, Japan. That's where she was heading. That's where UA was, but most importantly it was where he was, her cousin, Kirishima Eijiro. She hadn't heard much from the boy in 5 years, but when she heard he got into UA, and when she saw him make his big debut during the sports festival, she had been convinced that maybe going to UA wasn't half bad.
After several recommendation letters, applications sent, and several tests taken, they had allowed her to transfer half way into the first year. The event on the Kamino Ward had ended a few weeks ago, and luckily the dorm system was set up so she didn't need to find any where to stay.
Although, her cousin wasn't the only reason she was here. She had come to UA because America had seen her as unfit to serve as a long-time hero, so they sent her to the best Hero school, UA. Although it was half a world away from her home, she still had a promise to keep- so here she were, on the doorsteps of UA high school.
As she stepped out of the taxi and paid the tip, she stared at the large school, the bright letters UA shining down on her as the sun slowly set. It was the last day of summer break so naturally no one was around, it wasn't until one of the staff members approached her, that the silence had broken.
"Ah, you must be (L/N) (F/N)!" The man said as he nodded to her, "I am the Literature teacher, Cementos, you can come with me to the principal's office. This is your new student ID." He said handing her a glossy UA ID with her name and profile on it.
As they both made their way through the glass windowed corridors, she couldn't help but think of how these next three years of high school could effect her. After all, high school in Japan must be different from high school in America, right? Although, because she had no idea what to really suspect, she would just have to wait until tomorrow to officially attend UA and move into the dorms.
They both reached the principal's office she entered with Cementos and gave a polite bow to the mammalian principal and founder of UA.
"Ah, (L/N)-san! Welcome, we are glad to have you here studying with us! Although, I'm sure that you know that's not the only reason why you're attending." He said as he hopped off of his seat. "As you know there has been some suspicions as to a traitor in UA. Your job is not only to list any suspects and report to me, but also to protect the students. Although, they have their provisional licenses now, they still have a long way to go. I'm counting on you to jump in if they are put in danger, your American hero license will come in handy, and of course you will also have the ability to gain a Japanese hero license as well, we have enrolled you onto the roster for the later provisional license in April." He said as he approached her and held out his hand for her to shake. "Welcome to UA high school, we hope you will find your true potential here and conquer any flaws you may have."
She shook his hand and as they both went over the paper work and purposes for her transfer, she held a thought at the back of her head,
'I will become the hero he wanted me to be.'

As soon as the meeting with Principal Nezu ended, she headed out again. Her hotel room was reserved in preparation to her arrival, considering that she had came right before the summer ended and her establishment in the UA dorms would start tomorrow.
Her taxi moved slowly along the street lights of the city and stopped at the front of her hotel. Not only did her father manage to become a successful hero, but he managed influence and connect with people around the world, including the former number 2 hero, Endeavor. This allowed her to smoothly transfer to UA, he had put in his own recommendation letter for UA to accept her.
She stepped out of the cab as it pulled up to the brightly lit hotel room, she pulled her luggage out and made way for her room on the 3rd floor. For tonight she would stay here and in the morning tomorrow she would attend the opening ceremony and be introduced to her new classmates. Excitement filled her veins, this was a new start for her. No one knew of her past, of her reputation, and she would be able to reshape herself for the better as she worked along side her new classmates. Maybe her father would even allow her to stay stationed in Japan and make a name for herself before returning to America.
She approached her hotel room door and opened it to reveal a cream colored, elegant room. It had a balcony on the far side of the wall with the ocean in view and the sounds of cars rushing by on the busy street below. The large queen sized bed on the left wall with a TV and desk on the right and a kitchenette across from the bathroom. The marble countertop from the kitchenette reflected the crystalline lamps on the ceiling and she cursed to herself. Just how much did her father and Endeavor spend on this hotel room for just one night?
Nonetheless she entered with her bags and made herself comfortable, setting her luggage by the door and her duffel bag on the bed, she walked onto the balcony. The view was beautiful. The ocean was colored Sunkist orange and pink from the setting sun as the waves distorted the reflection of the sun on the water. The busy streets were filled with noise from all types of people with so many different quirks, unlike America where those with quirks only ranged from 50-50%. The community in Japan seemed so much more polite and open than America. It gave her the urge to go on a walk or explore the town, and that's just what she planned to do.
She grabbed her backpack, filling it with money, her phone, camera, and pepper spray before grabbing her hat and making her way out of the hotel room, locking it behind her, and going to tour the city. Making her way towards the beach a few blocks away, she stumbled upon a cozy boba café.
"Lolipop Boba Café" It read in large italic letters, the sweet smell of tea and smoothies filled her nose as she found herself subconsciously making her way through the door and up to the counter. In front of her stood a pair of spikey haired blonde people, most likely a mother and her son.
"Kastuki hurry up and choose already!" She shouted at her son before the boy responded.
"I already did you old hag!" He shouted back.
They continued on their dispute as the (H/C) haired girl held back a smile at the passionate display in front of her. It was quite the spectacle on her first day back in Japan.
"Look you're holding up the line you brat!" The mother said as she turned around and looked at the foreign girl. "Here let her go before us while you decide!"
(Y/N) pointed to her self as her large (e/c) eyes widened. "M-Me?" She asked, "No, no its ok you guys can take your time." she said flustered as the boy's ruby gaze practically pierced her soul.
"Oh it's fine sweet heart, go ahead!" She said shoving her forward roughly as the son held an annoyed expression.
She ordered quickly, grabbing her drink and making her way to the exit with the beverage tightly in her grasp. Although, she looked back and realized the blonde boy's gaze never left her. That was until he received a rough smack to the head by his mother and the yelling started up again in the peaceful boba café.
It was a nice first encounter so to say- at the very least she got her drink. Although the boy and his name rang a bell, Kastuki... Ah yes! He was the winner of the sports festival- one of the powerful opponents who went against her cousin, Kirishima Eijiro.
Maybe if she saw Kirishima again, she would ask him to say hello to the explosive boy for her. Hell, maybe she would even see him at UA when she started her courses. But of course, only time could tell right now.
