It had been 5 years since you had last seen your cousin, Kirishima Eijiro. You two had been as close as you could remember...

The morning sun shone on (Y/N)'s face as she woke up to the sound of her alarm. Eventually she pulled herself out of bed and began to dress and prep herself for the day. This would be here first day at UA High School, a school for heroes. She tightened the tie on her shirt and made her way for her backpack before heading out the front door of her hotel room.
This was her new beginning and this was where she would become the hero that society could count on, the hero she needed to be. She walked over to a taxi in the front of the hotel and asked for her to be dropped off at the front of UA High School. As she arrived at the front of the school with a nervous expression, it was the first day after all.
She hopped out of the cab, paying the tip before making her way to the opening ceremony and taking her place beside one of the teachers, more specifically between Cementos and a deflated All Might. All Might was famous in Japan but only well known in America, luckily for her, (Y/N) had experience with heroes so she could wait until after the ceremony to get an autograph.
The opening ceremony had been brief and ended with the guidance counselor, Mr. Hound Dog, giving quite the performance and Principal Nezu making his big announcement. After the opening ceremony, everyone made their way back to their homeroom class. (Y/N) was led along towards the class room by All Might and she gave him a bow. As all the other students took their seats, Aizawa made his announcement, followed by her introduction.
"First of all- you first years have the ability to have an internship, a full fledged one that may or may not be with the previous hero companies you were with before. Therefore, I suggest that you look into those." Aizawa explained as the classroom cheered and chatted along about their new internships.
"I'm not done!" He said as the classroom quieted down. "We also have a new recruit into the hero course. C'mon in."
The students in class 1-A sat on the edge of their seats as they waited in anticipation for their new classmate.
"Let it be a girl!" Mina shouted as she clasped her hands together.
"Please be another guy!" Kirishima shouted as he fist pumped.
The sliding door to the classroom flew open and before (Y/N) appeared she took a deep breath and walked through the open door with a smile.
"Hello and good morning everyone," She said with a polite bow as the Mina and Mineta both cheered.
Kirishima cursed to himself at the first sight of her, but nonetheless he was glad to have a new classmate and possibly a new friend.
"My name is (L/N) (F/N), nice to meet you all." She said before Kirishima's head snapped up, something sparked in his eyes as the two old time friends saw each other again.
"(F/N)-chan?" Kirishima whispered under his breath with wide eyes as he stared at the familiar girl in the front of the classroom.
"Homeroom is dismissed." Aizawa said as he crawled back into his sleeping bag and the new student was swarmed by the group of girls in the class.
"Hey, Hey! Nice to meet you (L/N)-chan! Can I call you (L/N)-chan? (L/N)-chan it is!" Mina said as she jumped on the balls of her feet. Eventually, she got to know each of the girls, their names, quirks, and affiliations.
"W-well- its nice to meet you all!" She said as she took a step back from the overwhelming group of girls. For a first day, every one was quite friendly, even the other boys had approached you.
Kaminari was first to engage in a conversation and soon all the other boys present followed, Sato, Sero, Mineta, Ojiro, Shoji, Tokoyami, Aoyama, Iida, and Koda. All except the hybrid, Todoroki Shouto, Kirishima, who had exited early and waited for her in the hallway, and the two boys on house arrest.
After all the introductions, everyone slowly began to leave the classroom. As she exited the classroom, her eyes met with the cold mannered boy, his eyes narrowing and glaring at her with a hate filled gaze. Niether of them said anything, she responded to his glare with a puff of her chest and a tight lipped expression before she exited the classroom to be confronted by her cousin and long time friend.
"(F/N)-chan!" Kirishima said as he approached her and got a good look at her face. "It is you!"
She looked up at the red head and spotted the unmistakable scar above his eye. "Kiri-chan?! Is that you? You dyed your hair red!" She said with a smile as the two cousins embraced each other with a prolonged hug.
"Holy shit Kirishima! Did you have a secret girlfriend or something?!" Kaminari said butting in between the two as they broke from the hug.
Initially anyone would assume they were brother and sister, but because of Kirishima dying his hair and changing his style, their affections could be mistaken as a couple's.
They both burst out laughing as they shook their heads.
"No no, (F/N)/Kiri-chan is my cousin!" They both said as they smiled at their classmates.
Realization hit the rest of their class and they laughed along, asking questions about their childhood and about (F/N)'s life in America. It had pulled to a stop as the bell rang and everyone slowly headed to their respected classes, Kirishima promising to give her his grand tour of the school at lunch. With this everyone parted ways and she headed to her next class.
