"Beep!Beep! Beep!"

"Ughhh"I wake up to the sound of my alarm and grab my phone to shut it off. I then remember it's friday. 'Today's the day, but how should I get him alone with me? I could say that the rest will come aswell and then say something like 'I noticed you were a bit down so I wanted to talk with you' or some shit like that. I think I'll just record the talk on my phone.' I thought to myself as I get ready for today. When I finished taking a shower and the rest I headed downstairs to make myself breakfast. I lived alone so whenever I was not with my friends I was alone. 'I broke up with my now ex girlfriend when I was still in highschool because she cheated on me. From then on I didn't really want to date anyone, or better to say I haven't found anyone interesting. Whenever I went to the bar I'd have at least 2 girls come and try to get me to take them home, but I'd always refuse them. I never do nightstands, and I don't intend to do them. This may sound cheese or sapy but I'm waiting untill I find 'The' one that will be mine, my soulmate.' As I thought about this I wasn't careful enough and burnt myself a little. I decided to make bacon and eggs, an American breakfast. But in process I accidentally burnt myself a bit. It hurt but I just ignored it. I didn't think much of it because I got into fights and those would always hurt like a bitch so this was nothing. I quickly finished my breakfast, grabed my keys and got out. I texted the guys to wait in front of their places and I'll pick them up. We had a nice little chat in the car and then we finally arived to the uni.

Once we were seated I noticed Kao looking at my right arm wher the burn was. I was about to ask him something but he beat me to it and asked "What happened to your arm?" The rest also noticed and were now looking at me waiting for the answer "I just burnt myself, nothing serious." I said and Kao asked "Did you put any ice or anything like that on it?" I shook my head and he reached into his bag looking for something. He got out some kind of skin cream or whatever that was. He then procided to take my arm and aply the cold substance. I felt a bit strange, I don't know why though. He then said "This is something that is good to aply when you get burnt, it eases the pain and heals it a bit faster." He then gave me his smile and all I could do is nodd. I felt like there was something in me that changed a bit, but I shook the feeling of. I don't know why I'm feeling like this and it's strange. I never felt like this before so I don't know what this feeling is.

While we were in class I noticed I kept rubing the spot where he aplied the cold substance. What was happening with me? 'Why was I acting so strange today? Maybe I'm just a bit afraid that my plan won't work. Yeah, that must be it! Ughhh why is class so boring today!' I tuned the lecture out for a bit stating to slightly day dream. I then started remembering the dance battle. Remembeeing how Kao moved his body while he danced.

'His body had both a manly and strong aperance as well as a soft one. He had muscular arms but he also looked innocent. Kind of like an...angel.... but his arms were pretty muscular so I'm guessing he works out a bit. He is a bit chubby though but it looks cute on him. I'm sure not only girls fall for him but some guys as well. He's kind of what the girls call a perfect man. Great looks, great personality......wait why am I thinking this! Why am I getting thoughts like this lately!! Ughhh! Maybe I'm just lacking sleep. Ughh I need to concentrate on my plan. I have to do it today.'
I decided to stop daydreaming and pay atention to the lecture a bit because San would scold me if I knew nothing. She'd go on a rant how I need to pay attention if I want to be an engineer. I honestly don't wory about that a lot, because my dad said I'll always be welcome to work at his company. He's a rich man and his business is well known. But I don't like to rely on my father too much. I try to do as much as I can on my own. Even when he insists to help me out I often decline his help and do it on my own.

We ate lunch in silence for the first time this week. Even yesterday after the whole missing Kao incident we forgot about it and were joking when lunch came up. But I do gotta say it's nice to just eat in silence. I enjoyed our gang. 'I mean Kao isn't that bad, maybe I could just stay good friends...ughh I don't know. Why was I doing this? Well I'll talk to him and I'll see how it goes. I'll decide what to do whit the recording later on.'

Just when I thought we'll finaly have a nice and calm day this week I heard a familiar voice calling me "Pete! I haven't seen you in a while, how are you!" It's her.I turn around and to no surprise I see Mint, my ex. She started walking towards me with a big grin slaped on her face. Great, just who I wanted to see today, gezz I'm already a metal wreck as it is I don't need her. I quickly shoot my friends a look so they realize I don't want to deal with her. The only person that I know for sure will understand is San, she' the only one that knows about Mint. "Yeah, uh hey Mint I'm fine thank you for asking. What about you?" I asked not wanting to appear rude. "Oh I'm much better now!" 'What does she mean by that?' "Anyways, have you got a girlfriend right now?" "No, why?" I'm 99% sure where this is going but I'll ask just in case. "Well I had some time to think about what I've done and I realized I was wrong. I really want you back, I promise I won't cheat on you just please be my boyfriend again." I didn't want to talk with her, and even less so be with her again, and I guess the guys caught up on how uncomfortable I was and how I didn't like her anymore so they started to try to shoo her away "I'm sorry Mint was it, but Pete isn't interested anymore." Thada said. "I know you don't have anyone, and don't even try to act as if Sandee is your girlfriend. I know you're best friends and nothing more."
"Yes, but I don't want to be with you." "Oh come on Pete, you know you want me, I mean look at me, I'm beautiful." I wanted to talk back to her but she looked at Kao and exclaimed "OH MY GOD! WHO ARE YOU!?" I looked over to him and he was looking at her unimpressed, as she went over to touch his arm but he stood up and stopped her. He had this looki in his eyes that showed he was irritated. I wanted to say something but he beat me to it. "Look 'Mint', Pete said he's not interested and neither am I. I can see just by this that you have a horrible personality. To you the only important thing is looks and nothing else. We're not interested and if you don't want our whole gang on your tail I suggest you leave us alone." She got angry because she didn't like geting rejected. "Ugh you're just jelause because I'm beautiful and could have whoever I want, but you couldn't get anyone." She seemed proud of herself until Kao talked back"Girl, if you take all of your makeup off no one would dare approach you because you'd look like a witch. And I suggest, if you have a lot of make up, that you eat some, maybe then your personality could be pretty. Oh and if you could have any one you want how did I and Pete reject you?" Kao said whit a smirk on his face. Everyone was biting their lips trying not to burst laughing, me included. Mint was getting angry and screamed "You're just sad, dumm and ugly!" But Kao had another comeback "Honey, I'm not a mirror." That was it, we all bursted out laughing, Kao had a smirk on his face and I'm pretty sure Mint's face was as read as a tomato "Bye boo." Kao said waving his hand bye and sitting back down.Mint stomped away angrily. We were all still laughing and San said "Dam Kao, I didn't know you were such a savage!" "Heh, what can I say." He replied and we got back to eating lunch.

The classes finally finished and before Kao could leave I grab his wrist and say "Meet me at the cherry blossom tree behind the school. The others already know. I meed to talk with you all." He simply nodded and headed out. When everyone left I took out my phone and went over the steps I have to do again. I just hope this works.

As I went up the little hill I saw Kao sitting under the tree playing on his phone. "Sorry I'm a little late." He looked up from his phone and smiled at me. Can I actually do this? "It's okay but where is the rest of the gang?" "Well, you see, I kind of, maybe, uhh, heh...lied to you about them coming."I said nervously expecting him to be mad at me but he wasn't he simply asked me why I did it. I replied I was scared he wouldn't have agreed if I have told him we'd be alone and to that he just laughed. Well this is it. Here goes nothing...
