Sarah's ribs hurt as she was dropped off.
She groaned as she hit concrete, her bones cracking as she rolled in her pain.
"What the fuck?" She screamed.
She heard a door open, "Identify yourself!"
Once she heard his voice she started kicking, "fuck off will you?" Said the man that'd tied her up.
"I'm Rick C-137. What the fuck is this?" Said the man that'd opened the door.
"Another fucking Rick?" Sarah called.
"Shut up." Said the other Rick. "She's yours now."
"For fuck's sake!" Sarah called, trashing but moaning at the feeling in her ribs.
She heard the sound of another portal opening then he was gone.
"Hiya, I guess." Rick c-137 burped.
He took the blindfold off her.
"What the fuck?" She asked slowly.
He frowned at her. "Aren't you the girl that works at Walmart?"
"What the fuck!" She screamed again.
"Re-AURP-lax!" The man burped, taking the handcuffs off of her.
"Why the fuck am I here now?" She asked.
Rick didn't respond as he untied her legs.
"Honestly, I don't fucking know. You-URP died last week here."
Sarah frowned, scoffing. "Okay, I guess I can live with that. Now where am I, as in, what dimension?"
Rick raised his brow, "doesn't matter baby, you can go home now."
"No, I can't, I'm dead remember? How am I going to explain that I'm alive out of a sudden. This is so shitty what the fuck am I supposed to do now?"
"No-AURP one knows you're de-URP-ad."
"Do all of you burp this fucking much?" She asked, getting up, hissing as she pressed her palm to her ribs.
"Yes, you fucking bitch." He said in a flat tone.
"Can you check this out, it's really not feeling good." She said, taking off her sweater and the tank top underneath it.
"Why the fuck would I do that?"
"Because you're a scientist, I'm sure you know how to fix it. Don't you have a gadget somewhere?"
"How many times have you been passed around Ricks?" He asked.
"Too many times." She responded, "you're the first that doesn't try to kill me in the first seconds that meet me though. They've been playing hot potato with me for like seven months or so. They even almost sent me to the Cronenberg dimension."
He burped, "that sucks kiddo."
Sarah scoffed, giving him a side eye, if he only knew what she meant to him, what she'd mean to him.
"So can you fix me or not? Should I just ask Beth?" Sarah asked, pushing him aside and going for the garage door.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey no. W-what do you think you are, huh? A fu-URP-cking horse?"
"Then help me, I think my rib is broken!"
He rolled his eyes, sighing loudly in annoyance, moving the things out of the desk.
Sarah smiled, "thank you, Dr. Sanchez."
"Shut up and la-URP-y your ass down."
She did as told and he pulled out a toy from a box, a form of x-ray, she guessed.
"You frac-URP-tured two."
A tiny voice then came from inside the house, "Rick!"
"For fuck's sake. Shut up and don't say anything." Rick told her.
"Rick!" A boy came in.
"What's going on, Morty?"
Sarah's head shot up, "you have a Morty?"
"Oh geez, Rick! Is-is that the cashier? How did-"
"Shut up Morty, close the door."
"Hi, Morty." Sarah called.
"H-hi Sarah." He stuttered out.
"How you doing, man?" She asked as Rick pulled out another gadget.
She hissed as he turned it on. "Fuck, Rick! Warn me or something."
Rick smiled.
"W-what are you doing?" Morty asked.
"S-she got dropped o-URP-ff by another Rick."
"Oh geez." He responded.
Sarah smiled at the comment.
"How's this dimension like?" She asked.
"Pretty normal." Morty responded and Sarah sat up, taking a few breaths before she put her shirt back on.
Rick looked at her momentarily and Sarah felt the pang of guilt coming through her, knowing she was probably going to get snatched by another Rick anyway.
Rick c-137 couldn't possibly stop that.
"So what's the deal gonna be then, Ricky Ticky?"
"W-what do you mean?" He burped, looking overly bored.
"We all know you're not dumb, they're going to come back for me. A little help here, old man?"
"Ah geez Rick, we have to help her!"
"Ah geez is correct, Morty." Sarah nodded.
"I don't kno-URP-w it sounds a lot like a you problem."
Sarah glared at him, "you're going to help me."
Rick laughed, "why'd I do that?"
She grabbed her sweater, stretching as she put it on.
They both stared and she smiled at them. "You know why."
He looked at her for second but grudgingly obliged.
"Al-URP-ight, come on then."
She winked at Morty as she got pushed by the waist by Rick into the house.
"Listen up!" Rick called before he burped, Beth and Summer turned from where they sat in the living room. "This is Sarah, she's gonna stay here now."
Summer looked up, "Sarah? From the grocery store?"
"Yes, hi, Summer." She nodded.
"Daaad?" Beth asked, frowning, "what's going on?"
"Yeah, Rick, are you screwing the cashier or what?" Summer asked jokingly.
"W-what? No, what the fuck she's like 15!"
"First of all, I'm 23 so if I wanted to, I could. But, no, its interdimensional business." Sarah said.
Beth still looked confused.
"Your father doesn't mean bad by this, Beth. He's doing the right thing for once." Sarah assured.
"Okay, okay, what's there to eat?" Rick asked.
"Mom ordered pizza." Morty said.
"Sweet." Sarah said, Rick stopping as he had started to say it along with her.
Sarah felt the guilt hit her again, her heart beating faster out of a sudden.
"Let's watch some interdimensional TV, Sarah!" Morty called, clearly nervous as he grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the couch.
"Sure." She smiled at him.
He sat her close to her and she rolled her eyes, the 14-year-old clearly liked her too well.
Rick seemed annoyed as he sat down on the other side of her.
He pulled the remote and changed it, odd people coming out on the TV.
"What the fuck?" She laughed.
Rick didn't say anything as he annoyingly changed the channel.
"C-come on, Rick, its going to be fine." Morty said.
"Yeah, Rick, its going to be fine. I'm fun, I swear." Sarah told him, smiling.
Rick turned to her and rolled his eyes, "Fucking hell."
She chuckled and turned to the TV again.
After the pizza arrived, Sarah went to get some cups from the kitchen she already knew.
Rick walked in, leaning on the doorway.
"23, huh?" He asked.
Sarah grinned, "yeah."
"So what did other Ricks have you do when you were with them?" Rick burped.
"Mostly house chores and pass them screwdrivers."
She didn't look up at him when she talked to him and he didn't like that.
He walked closer to her so she'd have to look at him.
"Why are they all going around looking for you? What's the big deal about you?"
His voice sounded monotoned, bored, but his eyes were different. His eyes seemed overcome with suspicion- wonder.
Sarah turned to his hand on the counter that had her cornered in the small kitchen.
She put the cups down and put her hand over his, the guilt burning her, "you need me."
"What?" He asked.
She turned up to him with bright green eyes. "You need me, Rick Sanchez. Or a version of me, I'm the one you have now. Most Ricks have lost their Sarahs."
"What the fu-URP-ck?"
