Shirayuki Midoriya (izuka in the original story but changed it)
Shirayuki is a bright and cheerful girl. She loves to help others and is described as a shy, cute, kind, gentle generous and would sacrifice herself to save others (as she is immortal and an angel/seraphim) Even after all she has been through she stays positive no matter what.
Her phoenix abilities mean that even after she died she would come back to life after 200 seconds or 3 minutes and 20 seconds, but it also means that if she was to die normally of old age she would still come back to life as it is the resurrection part of her powers, when she resurrects she comes back as a child. This causes her to lose everyone she ever cared about while she is resurrected and lived again in her child form.
Power: Phoenix Abilities: wings of fire, control of fire, resistance to her flames and fire that is not hers, immortality/ resurrection, can heal others with a pink flame by using a drop of their blood and then the rest has to come from her or someone else.

Link evolution: form a link with someone she touches she gets to use their quirk or power only a weaker version while the person gets their power upgrades, also comes with telepathic communication.
One for all: strength, speed, agility, stamina etc.
Evolved version of one for all and link evolution: the powers she had when in link evolution can be made her own by combining link evolution with one for all, which allows her to combine as many powers as she wanted to make a new quirk or power and is used as her "plus ultra" mode, which takes a lot of stamina.
( from another story, she had been captured by villains who tortured her and traumatized her at a young age she got abilities as immunity to poison, starvation, dehydration, can go without oxygen for 30 minutes, immune to brainwashing, and torture techniques don't work on her.
