Chapter 1: How it all began

Shirayuki's POV (point of view)

It was another normal day, in my normal uneventful life... No, actually my life was the last thing from normal and uneventful it was full of bad things happening to me. I live in a world where most of the human population has powers called quirks there is only 20% of people who don't have these powers,  and up to the age of 9 I was thought to have no quirk until an incident of my childhood friend bakugou Akatsuki being targeted by villains because of his quirk and instead of him getting taken away I got taken when I tried to save him. Yes, you heard me correctly a useless quirkless girl tried to save her best friend but got captured instead. 

After the villains found out that I wasn't their target and that I didn't have a quirk,  they shot me and I died.  That's right, I died now you must be wondering, "how are you alive?" Well, the story is that after I got killed 200 seconds passed and as they were getting rid of my dead body I was brought to life. After the villains found out they can't take out my power they decided to use it against the heroes and that's when the year of torture began.

I was later rescued a year later by the heroes and saved the life of all might after he gave me his powers as he feared he will die. After I healed him I fought against all for one the man who kept me a test subject and tried to brainwash me to join them.

After the fight, I collapsed and woke up in the hospital where I saw my mother for the first time in a year. I was told they knew about everything that happened to me and I had all might tell me he wanted to train me to be his successor which I agreed to since I adored all might.  I was then trained by many pro heroes and taught education by the time I started going to high school I already had the grades of a passing university student and the strength and control of my new found powers. I also began dating my childhood friend,  after my mom and all might get married.

In the first year, I was faced with many challenges and difficulties,  the training and learning,  the USJ Atack,  the sports festival (which I won) and the many other challenges.

I am now 25 years old, a fully graduated student and on the way to becoming a pro-hero with kitchen and me making a hero agency,  we also got married at 23. And after some events that happened I ended up marrying one more person,  Todoroki a very close friend of mine, but only for the sake of a quirk marriage as the only one I truly loved was kitchen but that isn't to say I did not love Todoroki, I love both of them dearly and always will.

When I became 54 years old something tragic happened to me.  I watched as my true love was dying in front of me and I could do nothing but watch him as he took his last breath.  Kacchan was dead and the only thing I have me to remind of him are our 3 children that look so much like him. I was absolutely devastated by everything that was happening in front of me.  I spent months mourning over him, thank god I had todoroki,  kitchen's 3 kids and todoroki's 3 kids.  I don't know what would have happened to me if I didn't have them.

I was now 79 years old I had retired from hero duty when I was 59 years old and I'm living a quiet life with todoroki all of our children are now grown-ups and have children of their own. Most of them are pro heroes or run our families hero company.
Most of my classmates are either retired and enjoying old age or slowly dying. I myself have been having problems with death,  I actually died of old age a month ago and found out that I will not be able to die at all as when I will die of old age and cross to heaven I will be sent back returning to a child version of me.  If things were like this then it means I will never be able to die even if I wanted to. 

3 weeks after my 80th birthday (or 5 birthday as I'm reset to the age of 4 as it is the age my quirk was supposed to manifest)
I watched as the last man I loved died in front of me his last words were "shirayuki promise me, that I will not be the last person you open your heart to. Promise me that so I could rest in peace knowing you will be all right." "I promise," I said with a heartbroken smile. He then smiled for the last time as he took his last breath.
And at that moment I lost all of the sanity I had in me my eyes became glassy and emotionless as I left my house. I went walking and after 25 minutes I came to the centre of the city where I collapsed on the ground and started to violently cry.  People were looking and staring at me,  talking to each other about keeping their distance from me (I was also in my 5-year-old body) all of a sudden I felt anger take control of me and I completely lost it, firing fire at the civilians when all of a sudden my children from both Akatsuki and todoroki came over to the civilians telling them to leave as one of my children approached me and asked me what happened,  I told,  no I shouted at her telling her "He's dead!!  Todoroki is dead!!!!" I then collapsed on the ground my whole body shaking and trembling as my children looked at me with shock and pained expressions. "Wait,  you mean the great hero todoroki is dead!?" People in the crowd looked so shocked after they realized what the woman in the crowd was saying. Everyone now had pitty looks directing towards me,  which caused me to do something I never thought I would do. 

"Shut up!! None of you knows him as well as I do!!!!  How dare you feel sorry and pity for me you don't even know me!!!!!!" There was fire everywhere around me and sparks were flying everywhere. Todoroki's children were protecting the civilians with an ice wall built around me and kitchen's kids were near me trying to calm me down, but I was too heartbroken to listen.

"There is only one way to stop her as we know we can't beat her." Todoroki's first child spoke.  "You don't mean THAT, do you? NO, I REFUSE TO DO THAT! THEIR HAS TO BE SOMETHING ELSE!!" The second son said.  "Then tell ME! Do you think I want to do THAT?!!" The first replied. "Of course not!!  But there has to be another way!!!!" The second said frantically.  "THERE IS NO OTHER WAY!! WE DO this NOW OR MORE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET HURT!!!"

"Alright let's end this quickly."
They exchange looks and then they look at me, and all of a sudden their is ice creeping over me and forming a giant ice cube that could easily be as tall as a skyscraper and their I was in the middle of frozen in place all I could do is look at my children who had looks of shock and horror seeing their mother in a giant ice cube.

All of a sudden the two who froze me made a little ledge from ice and told me "I'm sorry mother,  we had no other choice but to freeze you. You were out of control and we needed to do something to calm you down."
"My son, you did the right thing even though it was hard if your father was here he would praise you for your commitment." I gave him a gentle smile and he told me "thank you, mother."
"It would be my final wish to be able to stay in this ice for the rest of my life. As I wouldn't be able to hurt anyone again and maybe eventually I could finally die. " Everyone looked shocked by my request when finally my other son spoke up and said, "as you wish mother." All of my children looked at him yet he was still looking at me and then he said "As long as you agree to it.  I also hope you will find peace be it if you died or get out of there."

I gave a final smile and a nod and said: "Goodbye everyone, I hope you will all  find peace and hope, I will get to see you someday." As I said that I closed my eyes and felt another layer of ice around me this time thicker and I could feel how cold it was getting.  "This is the end, huh? No matter what happens I hope to see you once again in the near future."

Shirayuki's children POV

We watched as the second oldest son from mother's other husband in sculpted Mother in the ice and made the ice layer thicker.  It was disturbing to see that our mother look like she is an ice sculpture instead of a person,  but it was beautiful at the same time as her beauty was absolutely captivating and the ice made her stand out in it and she looked even more beautiful than before. "Mother,  we hope you have a peaceful slumber and that we can meet again in the future."

After every one of us was done saying goodbye we had the first 3 of us make explosions into the ground and when the whole was deep enough we put the giant piece of ice in the hole since we still had a big hole we put in the remains of the ground over it.

"GOODBYE, HOPE WE SEE YOU AGAIN SOON,  MOTHER."
