"Sometimes Even The Strongest People Feel Weak."

- - - -

It was early in the morning, only 7am. Rosalie was in the kitchen making herself a drink. "Rosalie" a voice spoke causing her to jump. She turned around to see Clifford. "Just the girl I was looking for."

"What can I do for you Clifford?" Rosalie asked. "Penelope and I have decided we would like you to sing at the memorial later." Rosalie's eyes went wide as she replayed the words the older man spoke. "You want me to sing?" she questioned.

"We do. Jason adored the sound of your voice, he found it extremely peaceful. I know he'd appreciate the sound, even from up above" Clifford said.

Rosalie smiled slightly. "It would be an honour." "Excellent, I will inform Penelope." He started to leave, only to turn back. "We bought you a dress. I'm sure Penelope will have put it in your room by now" he informed her. "Thank you, for everything" she replied.

"Rosalie, you are a blessing to this family. We always have, and always will love you. You are, after all, an honorary Blossom."

Clifford walked away and Rosalie shivered. It was official, the Blossom family terrified her.

* * * *

Rosalie was nervous as she stood next to the casket. She ran her finger along the name, his name.

When people started to enter the room, the first person who caught Rosalie's eye was Jughead, not Archie. She smiled slightly at the boy and he smiled back. Archie was oblivious to the interaction.

Penelope entered the room. Archie went over to her and gave her Jason's old football Jersey. Rosalie watched as Penelope caressed Archie's cheek briefly, before apologising and taking the Jersey.

When Archie sat down Penelope looked up to Rosalie, nodding her head. Rosalie responded with a nod of her own.

"Can I have your attention" Rosalie said through the microphone. Everyone stared at her, waiting for her to continue. "For those who don't know me, I am Rosalie, the- the best friend of Jason Blossom. He wasn't just my friend, he was my everything. This is a song I wrote for him after the sad news. I hope you enjoy Jace"

Images ran through Rosalie's head as she kept singing. Every word she sang opened up the wounds she tried desperately to hide. She was slowly falling apart, though she was trying to stay strong, not wanting to breakdown in front of everyone.

Jason helped her with so much. He helped her be strong, to stay strong through everything.
