No one was aware of the pain Rosalie felt as she went to work. She ignored FP's warning to rest, ignoring Jughead who told her she needed to relax.

"Rue, table 7" James told her. She nodded her head, unsure why he was the one telling her where to go.

Rosalie went over to the booth. "Hi, my name is Rosalie, I will be your waitress" she greeted. "You're supposed to be resting, sweetheart." She looked shocked as she saw FP sitting at the booth.

"What are you doing here?" She asked, though she knew why he was there, to watch her, to make sure she wasn't overdoing it.

FP chuckled at her question. "I was hungry, I thought I'd go to Pop's, pick up a burger and go home. Then I see a familiar waitress, one I had the displeasure of finding unconscious at the bottom of her stairs, only a few hours ago."

Rosalie released a sigh, one she didn't realise she held in. "Strange thing, Rosalie. I was curious on you. I decided to do a little bit of research" FP told her.

Her breath quickened. She was nervous, though she had no reason to be. She had never done anything that could be considered bad.

"You're parents, Steve and Heather Wilde. They went to school with me, a couple years older, but I know enough" FP said. "What's your point FP?" An annoyed Rosalie asked.

"They spoke about having a child, a single boy. They never got their boy, instead they ended up with a girl, a girl they didn't want" he spoke, his words upsetting Rosalie, due to them being true.

"When they went for their scans, they were overjoyed as they were informed they were having a boy. Unfortunately the scan was wrong, you came out a girl." Rosalie could feel tears in her eyes, but she refused to let them fall.

"They were furious, though they couldn't give up the child as they appeared thrilled. Instead they settled for hurting their daughter, hoping she'd leave on her own. But she was strong, stronger than they knew."

FP paid no attention to the pain in the girls eyes. He was oblivious to her digging her nails into her arm to stop her from crying, to ease the emotional pain she felt.

"On numerous occasions they tried to hurt their child, their methods ranged from starvation to physical abuse. In fact, if it wasn't for Pop, you'd be dead right now, correct?"

FP finally looked at the girl. He felt sorrow as he saw the pain she was in, the pain caused by his words. He felt angered knowing the words spoke were correct, the look on Rosalie's face confirmed it.

"Oh sweetheart" he spoke softly. "I can't. I have to-" Rosalie ran. She ran from the Diner. She ran as far as she could, as far as the pain would allow her to run.

She stopped and was oblivious to where she ended up. She fell to her knees and cried.

She didn't understand how FP knew all those things about her. If he knew then other people could find out.

"Angel?" a voice spoke. Rosalie knew only one person who called her Angel. "What's happened?"

When her eyes met Jughead's she didn't stop crying, she didn't get up, she stayed on her knees. "Who hurt you?" he whispered. "My parents. All my life" she cried
