He laughed like a maniac, scaring me half to death. But, I stood there and keeper my sorta cold-ish glaire. Despite of everything he's doing to scare me off. For my friend, I promise to find out where you've gone.

"Oh dear!∼ hehe.... You are a smart one indeed∼ but, have you ever heard the saying,

He laughed, frightening me to the core. I never knew someone this scary was hidden within my group of friends! I have to make sure that they are who they say they are...

We stair into eachothers eyes, dead silence follows.

He said, dropping the menacing eye shadow and creepy smile.

I complained,

"Kaori!? Where the hell were you?!" Haru comes running up, vary concerned. He makes me feel bad for leaving him for an investigation. Yet, I don't regret it.

"Nah, I umm....-" should I tell him? " Walked the wrong way! That's all!" I said suspiciously. Wait! Why am I lying? Is it because of... Yukki? Haru did introduce me and Kanata to Yukki... But, Haru. He sounded sincere! Would he really do something to Kanata...? And if... So. Why...?-

"Kaori? Kaori? Haru to Kaori? Are you okay? You're spacing out." Haru shook me out of my subconscious state by shaking me slightly and snapping his fingers.

"O-oh yeah... It's just... Isn't it fall? It's getting pretty chilly! I was so focused on staying warm I guess I spaced out... Hehe∼" I explained, but, my explanation was filled with lies.

"Okay... As long as you're okay. Comon' let's go. Do you want to watch anime tonight?" He asked as he began walking

I stare blankly at him. How is he so happy? I thought he was a tunsdere... But, yet here he is. Happy as a fiddle. Hmm... I wish I could be as happy as he is. And, not quite care about anything in the moment. Just what's happening now and tonight. So carefree. So innocent.

"You coming? I swear, you shouldn't space out so much. " He said, not bothering to look back at me.

"Yeah, I am! And we should watch anime! Ouran High School Host Club!" I said cheerfully as
I ran up to his side. Smiling happily at him.
