"Soo yeah... That's basically what's been happening... Nori should be here any minute so would you mind... Being my compony while this happeneds?" Haru told me from the other line...
"Ooookay.... So, where is this all taking place?" I asked
"Do you know Sayaka's Sushi down on Mt Blossom Rd?"
"Yeah... We went there for your seventh birthday..."
"Okay! Meet us there!"
"When!?
"It's twenty minutes away from me so you have like thirty!"
What!?!
"How do you expect me to look nice in thirty minutes!?"
"You always look nice so I didn't think it matters!"
Then I suddenly felt heat rush up to my cheeks...
"Okay! I'll be there in half an hour!"
"Kay! See u!"
"See u!"
*Beep!*
Guess I have to start getting ready...
_- Haru's P.O.V. -_
// Presently //
"So Haru, who's going to keep you company? After all won't you be alone at your table?" Nori asked
"No, I'll be with Kaori! She is my best friend after all!" I said still keeping my eyes locked on the road
"Oh, well... Do you... Like Kaori?" She asked smirking
Even though her smirking was weird, I still couldn't help blush at the thought of my feelings for Kaori...
"So you do like her! I knew it!" Nori smiled victoriously
"N-no! Of course I don't!"
"Then why you blushing?" She said
"B-because! The thought of even being with her makes me embarrassed! And also, why do you want to know?!"
"Because, it's nice to tease you. We are friends after all. But also, if these dates don't end up working... I'll know who my next rival is!" She said evily
"Listen, remember what I said?"
"You can't force people to love you and if I hurt you or your friends and family then you won't love me..." She said looking down
"Yeah, and that's not just for me. That's for anyone you fall in love with. And, if worse comes to worse and these dates end up not working. Then, maybe you should wait for romance. Focus on friends or family! We are seventeen after all, we are still young. So, you have time." I said
"Anyways, when are we arriving there?"
"Now." I said as we both got out of my car.
"Ahh! Haru, I'm nervous!"
"Don't be! You're fine. It's fine." I said calming her
"Okay! Let's go!" Nori said as we made our way to the door.
"Hey Haru!" I heard as we were about to open the door.
"Oh! Kaori! There you are!" I say as I see Kaori coming up to us
"Oh! Uh... Hi?" Nori said to Kaori
"Hi! You must be Nori Sora! I'm Kaori Koyami! It's nice to meet you!" Kaori said as she relunctantly shook Kaori's hand
"It's... Nice to meet you too" Nori said
As we all finished our banter we finally entered the restaurant
"Oh! Haru? Is that you?" I heard behind me
I turned around to see...
