Chapter 5

"oh lord"

Taehyung mumbled as he got out of the car to the view of a big, luxurious house.

Jungkook stole a glance at him and continued walking, with the younger following him, still in shock.
Two guards opened the gate and let them in, so they could walk to the main door.

The older took out two keys, he opened the door with one and as soon as they got in, he handed the second one to Taehyung.

"this is your key, don't lose it"

Jungkook said and walked signaling the younger to follow. Taehyung nodded as he put the key in his pocket.

Some minutes passed while Jungkook was showing Taehyung around the house. There were lots of empty rooms, and two kitchens, with over four bathrooms.

"and this..is our bedroom"

Jungkook said as he revealed a room, bigger than the previous ones, with a king sized bed and two closets. A bathroom and a big window.

Taehyung was taken aback, everything was so big and beautiful. But one thing bothered him..

"why do we share a room?"

He asked as he looked at Jungkook who nodded before answering.

"My parents forced me, so we need to deal with it."

Taehyung was about to protest but kept quiet after receiving a knowing look from Jungkook.

"your clothes were already brought and sorted, change and then go down."

The older said as he walked into the bathroom with some shorts in his hands and locked it.

Taehyung looked around fascinated before heading to one of the closets, it was Jungkook's, the wrong one.

He looked into the other one just to see his clothes all sorted neatly.
The silver head picked an orange shirt and black leggings.

He looked at the bathroom door, afraid that Jungkook would come out while he was changing.

fuck it

He thought and started taking off his tuxedo piece by piece and putting on his shirt and leggings.

He managed to dress up before Jungkook gets out. As he hanged the tuxedo in the closet, the bathroom's door opened revealing a quite seductive Jungkook, with wet hair and no shirt, only black shorts.

Taehyung almost chocked and got on his knees at the sight.

"we need to clear some things to be able to live as a married couple"

Jungkook spoke and uttered the last part sarcastically. Taehyung sighed and nodded as he got out of the room heading to the living room, Jungkook following him.

"so first of all.."

Jungkook started as he sat down on the couch, Taehyung sitting opposite to him.

"we have to act all lovey in front of others. Holding hands, calling each other pet names and even kissing better not freak you out. Understood?"

Taehyung nodded and tried not to scream. How is he supposed not to freak out when he has to pretend loving some stranger?

"I work from Monday to Saturday, Sundays are my days off"

Jungkook informed and waited for Taehyung to say something. The younger cleared his throat and spoke.

"I technically work all week, but on the weekend I work at home, on my computer."

Jungkook nodded but then thought for a second.

"what's your job?"

"ah right, I'm a financial advisor"

(I've got no idea what that is, I just googled sth)

Taehyung answered and saw an impressed expression on Jungkook's face.

"what?"

Taehyung asked as he noticed Jungkook staring at him.

"nothing, but I didn't expect that"

Taehyung shrugged and stared at the table between them. Jungkook cleared his throat to gain his attention.

"about the household, a maid will come every morning around 8 to clean the house. But we need to take care of the cooking."

Jungkook explained and sighed as he said the last part.

"I..can't cook though"

"yea..me neither"

"..."

Taehyung chuckled at how stupid both of them were. Jungkook face palmed himself internally.

"we will figure it out somehow, anyways, do you have any plans today?"

Taehyung's response was a shake of head. He expected the older to invite him for lunch or maybe on a date but..

"I see, me neither. I'll be upstairs sleeping"

The older said standing up and walking away leaving Taehyung shocked. Well he shouldn't have hoped much.
