"Here we are, this is your home." I said in a baby voice, putting the car in park in our driveway. We were just let out of the hospital this morning and we finally made it home in the afternoon due to traffic. I unhook my seat belt and went to get Ms. Piper from her car seat. She was fast asleep and snoring quietly. Bobby grabbed the bags and balloons, then went inside.  I went in shortly after to find a group of friends and family by the door greeting us with a silent "Welcome back!" Leave it to Mom to throw a surprise party. The first hour or two we had to be quiet since Piper was asleep in the other room.

"Congratulations you two!" Bobby's sister, Melissa said handing me a piece of cake.

"Aw, thanks!" I pulled her in for another hug.

"You know, she looks just like you."

"Really? I thought she kind of looked like Bobby."

"She has his hair, I'll admit that." She laughed. "Color, the hair color; she doesn't have the fun-to-play-with hair yet. When Bobby first got that haircut I would always spike it up when he wasn't paying attention."

"You don't understand how much I love to play with his hair."

"How has it been? I haven't seen you guys in a long time."

"You saw us last week."

"Well." We laughed and continued on with the party. After it was over Bria decided to sleep over, and by decided I mean she passed out with cake all over her face.

"Hey Christina, come look at our baby girl." Bobby whispered humming her to sleep. I walked over and she was so precious. "Watch this." He smiled and hummed a long note, then a few seconds later she hummed it right back.

"Oh my gosh. That's adorable."

"I know, she's going to be a singer like her mother."

"I want her to grow up to be whatever she wants to be."

"She'll go far with whatever she decides. I can tell she's going to be such a bright girl." He set the sleeping Piper into her crib. "Goodnight, baby girl."

"Goodnight, Piper." I whispered as I shut off the lights and closed the door behind us. I grabbed the diaper bag from the kitchen counter and took out wipes so I could wipe Bria's face.

"What are you doing?" She murmured in her sleep.

"Cleaning your face, you filthy animal." I wiped her face and got up to throw it away when she pulled me back.

"Where are you going?"

"To throw this away, then to go to bed."

"Okay, well, goodnight."

"Night, bae."

"Ew, what are you?"

"Elf." I threw the wipe away and went into the bedroom with Bobby sound asleep. I laid underneath the covers and reached over to the baby monitor. I could hear Piper mumble in her slumber. I smiled wide and placed the monitor back on the night stand. I turned over and kissed Bobby's cheek and laid my head on his chest. I felt him wrap his arms around me and I felt so cozy.

"Goodnight, Gooby."

"Goodnight, Dolan."
