Part 1 - The Beginning

The sound of an alarm fills the room, the sun touches the carpet on the cold floor. My hand slowly reaches for the alarm but I can't find it. "Please just a few more minutes" I whisper while I open my eyes slightly. I turn off the alarm and throw the blanket away from my body.

While I slowly rub in my eyes a yawn escapes my mouth. I slip into my slippers and look for a second in the mirror on the other side of my room, a chuckle escapes my lip and I turn around to walk towards the door. I never looked good in the mornings, I didn't really care unless they were filming. My phone rings, the echo of the empty room from downstairs fills my ears and I sigh, "Aish, who would be calling now?"

The phone stops ringing when I pick it up, an even bigger sigh leaves my mouth. "Why would they hang up so soon?" when those words leave my mouth my phone rings again. I look at the caller ID and smile softly. "What's wrong manger-nim?" my voice is soft, he never really calls. Only when things are important he calls. "I have a job for you!" he says happily. My eyes widen for a second, "What kind of job?" I ask quietly, it comes out as a whisper. My manager was trying his best to find a job for me since I got more and more famous so he wants me to get out there and take every modelling job I can get and are a bit good. "Come over so I can show you!" My manager says excited, he was very supportive. He took care of me and it almost felt like he was my older brother.

I hang my coat over the stool and sit down, "Could you tell me now please?" I look at my manager with curious eyes. He smiles and put down a folder, "Is that what I think it is?" My eyes scan the paper, there is a big SM Entertainment logo on it. "They want you to sign so they can make you even bigger and I'll stay your manager" my mouth drops, I always wanted to be part of some big entertainment, now I'm part of a smaller entertainment and it works out pretty well. Not to sound like a brat or anything but I also want to try something different. "So are you going to sign?" my manager has shining eyes which means he is really excited, I smile "Can I read it first?" My manager nods and sits down, he's been standing up for a few minutes now and it started to make me a bit nervous.

"Oh my god!" I say while I flip over the paper, "They want me to do commercials with SHINee as well!" I look at my manager, he knew about my dreams and fantasies to have a photoshoot or collaboration with idols. A happy smile sits on my face, "Where is the pen?" I smile and go to the end of the page where a signature is needed. My manager gives me quickly a pen and smiles, "I'll post the paperwork right away, we want you to be there as soon as possible" he smiles and I nod. I put my signature on the paper and hand it over with a small bow. He smiles at me and places his hand on my shoulder, "You should get home and get some rest, I'll keep you updated" I nod and embrace him. "Thank you so much for your hard work, let me buy you and your wife some food" I look at him and shoot him a charming smile, his wife is a friend of mine. We knew each other from school so I know both of them for a while. "I'll talk about it with Jamie when I get home" my manager smiles and he pats my shoulder, "Now go home and take a rest you" He laughs and walks towards the desk, I nod and bow "Yes sir!" I yell, I know my manager hates that, especially since he knows me from college. "Yah!" He yells with a smile, I chuckle "Bye Juanhyu" I smile and walk away, I close the door behind me.

A sigh leaves my mouth as I put my glass filled with water on the counter. A smile is on my face, my cat gives head bumps to my leg, I pick her up and look at her "Well we're the only ones here right now" I smile at her and give her a peck on her small head. She purrs and looks at me, I had her for a while now and I got her out of a animal centre. "Let me grab some food for you" I smile at the cat and I open a cabinet and get the bag filled with cat food out from it. Slowly she climbs in my neck and sits down there, "Nala wait for your food" I giggle by the feeling of her soft paws in my neck. She jumps on the kitchen counter and looks at the food. I smile and put some in a small food bowl, Nala starts eating immediately, "Maybe I should eat something myself" I sigh and look at the chair which is standing at the table. A sigh leaves my mouth as I shake my head. I'll just skip breakfast again, I pet Nala one more time and walk into the hallway, I look at the stairs and a sigh leaves my mouth. My footsteps are around the whole house, the stairways are actually very boring. I always wanted to hang some photo frames there but I never found some time to run to the store and actually buy them. I walk into my bedroom and smile softly, my bed was big enough for another person but I never really dated. I sit down on my bed and the soft sheets tickle my bare leg, my eye falls on the notebook next to my bed, I take it in my head and open it, a few small papers fall out. They have small drawings and some text on it. I wanted it as a tattoo but I had to ask Juanhyu for permission since it can have backlash for my career. A sigh leaves my mouth, I look at my record player and I stand up, my feet stick to the cold tiles and a small smile forms on my face as a shudder of the cold feeling flows through my body. The small cabinet next to the record player is filled with records. I have a lot of old ones but also new ones, the ones from SHINee. I have all their records and albums, when I was younger I started becoming a fan of them. They are the only band I really followed since their debut. And last December with Jonghyun broke me, it felt like I knew all of them. Juanhyu knows about my heartbreak about him, he wasn't my bias but still. He was such an amazing artist, tears well up in my eyes. Thinking about him hurts, I wonder what the other boys think, since they perform and have smiles on their faces. A sigh leaves my mouth, it will probably be very hard for them. "I respect them so much" I mumble to myself and grab one of the newest SHINee albums record. I put it in the record player and wait till I can hit the play button.

Bird sounds fill my ear and a small smile forms on my face, they always know how to put a smile on my face. Even after anything that happened. I slowly walk back to my bed and go lay down in it. The warm blankets cover me from head to toe, I slowly look around the room and sigh, "How I wish I could meet SHINee right now and just give them a big hug."
