About a week has passed since we first moved to London, and I must say that I'm not quite loving it. I've been walking around down town desperately looking for a job in this cold weather, as it starts to get very cold, very fast. I turn a corner to see a small coffee shop with not so many people in it. I walk in the nice and cozy coffee shop, with the strong coffee aroma filling my nose, making me inhale and exhale it with a smile. After about three hours of job hunting, I think I deserve myself a cup of warm hot chocolate. I look over to my right and spot an average sized young man sitting down, holding a guitar while singing softly into a microphone in front of him. When I looked over in his direction, he was already staring at me and I faintly smiled at him.

As I continued to wait in line, I heard shuffling sounds from the speakers and saw that the dark ruffled hair young man was carefully, but no so quietly, laying his guitar down. As he pulls out the electric chord from his acoustic chord, a very loud screech echoes in the small coffee shop causing everyone to flinch; even me. I lightly chuckle at the boy saying a chorus of apologies in the microphone, turning bright red. I look over to the cashier desk where another young man with olive skin had a smug look on his face.

"Hello Miss. Welcome to The Bridge, would you like to try our special today?" The young man who had 'Callum' messily scribbled on his name tag.

"No thank you. May I please have a large peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream?" I ask him while continually looking at the menu. My finger is tapping my chin, getting flustered because I didn't know what to get to munch on.

"I'm sorry if I am intruding, but are you from America?" Callum asks. I nod with a smile showing my teeth and he immediately grins back.

"Yes, I am. I recently moved here about a week ago with my family." I tell him.

"No way, that is honestly so cool. I've always wanted to go there. I could just tell by your accent, which is also cool. But don't worry about your scones, they're on me. They'll be with you right up." Callum hurriedly blabbers. I blink at him with a blank expression and he facepalms, causing me to laugh.

"Total will be £6.40" Callum states, while ripping my receipt off and placing it in a paper bag. I hand him my change and grab the paper bag of scones he placed neatly in, and my large peppermint hot chocolate I couldn't wait to chug down. I thanked him for paying for my scones and sat down at a table next to a window. I was on my phone, trying to figure out my new phone plan that my family and I share. As I was sipping my hot coco, I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn my head to meet face to face with the boy who was playing the guitar earlier. I softly smile at him and lift an eyebrow instead of saying 'yes?'

"Oh yeah.. U-uh is a-anyone sitting there?" The blue eyed boy stuttered, pointing to the seat across from me. As I kept my eyes on him, I could see him looking back at the serving area where Callum was. I bent forward to see Callum giving the blue eyed boy a thumbs up and a humungous grin. As soon as Callum caught my gaze, he instantaneously put his hands down and starting scratching the back of his head, knowing he got caught red handed. I chuckle at his reaction and lock eyes with a pair of beautiful dark blue eyes.

"Sorry, where are my manners. But no one is sitting there. You're more than welcome to sit, I needed me some company anyways." I say, never erasing the smile I had on.

"American huh? No wonder why I've never seen you around." The boy smiles at me as he takes a seat across from me.

"Haha, yeah I've been getting that a lot and I say that in a humbling way. I'm Sosefina, you are?" I ask, taking both of my gloves off my hands and stretching a hand towards the boy in front of me.

"Samuel. Samuel Clark. You have a lovely name, by the way. Does it have any meaning?" Samuel replied, shaking my hand. I look down at how perfectly our hands fit with each other. When I realize I've been staring for a little too long, I blush and retreat my hand.
