Phil was relaxing in the home, earbuds plugged inside his ears. He was deep within the world of his own wacky imagination, lead there by the music in his ears. He kept his striking blue eyes in a close, listening to the sounds playing in his mind. Well, not really playing in his mind but the sound was echoing in his mind as he remembered the lyrics, forming a narrative in that large brain of his. His pale lips were curled into a gentle smile. Only Phil Lester could know what was going through his mind as he listened to the Song. You know what? Never mind. Let me explain what he was imagining in italics.

The Bird were singing, the flowers were blooming. On days like these, men like Phil should be embracing nature and all it's glory. The sun shined bright like a Diamonds, Rays hitting the green grass below him. Phil was there, milling and running around. He was in entire bliss and calm, a gentle breeze hitting him from behind. Everything was perfect, it was falling into place. He can't seem to wipe this smile off his face. But this perfect open field would be quite lonely without w friend (or boyfriend) at his side, right? He held out his hand.

Dan took Phil's hand and they ran into the distance, following the sun. They could slip into the sailing sun and soon they'll sail away. No matter where they are or who they become, they're together now. Nobody can break the bond they forged over the years. Nobody. Neither man cared how empty the field was, because they were together and nothing can be better than being with eachother. Dan then halted, pulling Phil back with him. His chocolate eyes poured into his blue ones. Soon he could see their faces grow nearer. Phil closed his eyes, awaiting the sensation...

Dan walked into the living room with a cup of tea in his hand. You know, just your normal eleven in the morning routine. He saw Phil snuggled up in a blanket with his earbuds in, smiling in his dreams. He watched his lips smoosh into a pucker. Dan smirked, knowing exactly what he was doing. He was lost in his own little world again, wasn't he? He gets this way when he listens to certain kinds of music. Orchestra and piano being the major two. Sometimes Dear Evan Hansen makes him get that way too. He must be listening to a romantic song and imagining kissing him yet again. His boyfriend could be the most adorable thing ever.

Dan chuckled to himself, walking back over to the counter. He placed his mug of tea back down in the counter and looked back over to his ravenette boyfriend. His lips were back to the smile he fell in love with and he could hear a soft giggle from him. Of course, he was oblivious to the fact. He does the cutest things when's he's lost I need his imagination like this. Dan couldn't wipe the dopey grin off his face. If he wanted to, he could really mess with Phil. But for now he'd watch and wait for the perfect time to startle the slightly older male.

Dan pulled away from Phil, cupping his hand on Phil's cheek. Phil's heart was racing, but in a good way. His whole body felt light and his lips still had a phantom kiss lingering on them, almost as if he longed for even more. Phil let himself get lost in the chocolate river that was Dan's eyes. Dan then took his free hand and entwined it with Phil's. Both men were breathing heavily. They don't need anything but this. This was more than perfect for the two of them. A bright sun, a gentle breeze, a blue sky, and green grass. What more can a cliché couple ask for? Other than a bouquet of roses And box of chocolates?

Phil was about to pucker his lips again. Dan took this as his moment to strike. He smirked and snuck around behind Phil, over the back of the couch. He waited for w moment for Phil to be kissing seemingly nobody. There it was. The perfect moment. Dan took his hands and placed him on his shoulder craning over the couch and reaching Phil's lips. He kissed Phil when he least expected a real kiss. He managed to pull out both of his headphones too. If only his eyes were open to see the cute, flustered reaction his unofficial boyfriend was performing! That would make a perfect vine. Oh, wait. Vine is dead.

Phil was thrown back into reality when the music was ripped from his ears. The kiss was a lot more real than what he was imagining. His eyes clammed ooen and he saw Dan leaning over the couch, kissing him. He could feel his smirk on his lips, pressed against his own. Phil sighed into the kiss, bringing his hand up around dan's curls. He pushes the back of his head gently towards him, depending the kiss the two men were engaging in. It was just a sweet press of the lips to startle him, nothing more. This is a fluff book after all. Then the two pulled apart. Phil stated up at Dan, who was looking down at him with his hands on Phil's shoulders. Then he just smiled and said the three magic words.

"I love you."

Phil smiled, feeling that same content he felt in his imaginary world. He doesn't need an open field to feel bliss. He doesn't need a warm sun and gentle breeze to feel right at home. The sky doesn't always have to be blue for him to feel at peace. He felt perfectly at peace and at home here. In fact, he felt comfortable and at home wherever Dan was. Home was where the heart is, and his heart was with Dan. Pho, warmly smiled at his boyfriend, repeating the same meaningful words back at him but with a twist.

"I love you more, Daniel."
