“Aray!!!” sigaw niya.

“Hahahaha, kasi to eh ang likot likot ‘yan tuloy, mas lalong nasasaktan. Bwahaha!”

“Stop touching my—Aah!”

“Sssh. Keep quiet Sophie. You’re being so melodramatic eh hindi naman masakit.” Tinuloy ko na ang ginagawa ko. Tsk, ako na nga ‘tong nagpapagaan ako pa ‘tong natatadyakan. Hay!

“ARAY!” sigaw nanaman niya at may kasama pang tadyak na hindi ko inaasahan. Napabalikwas tuloy ako.

“Aish! What the f***, Sophie. What’s wrong with you?” sabi ko sa kanya. At hala! Look at her. She’s acting like a big cry baby (without the tears, just the baby part)

“N-nag o-overflow na!” sigaw niya

 “Keep quiet Sophie. That’s just normal.”

“Normal? What’s normal with this?! Look! It’s overflowing!!!”

“Haish! Ang OA mo! Siyempre natalisod ka at nasugatan e ‘di siyempre may dugo!” Eto talaga. Hindi ba nauso sa Great Britain ang salitang COMMON SENSE??

Syempre sino ba namang natalisod at nasagutan ang hindi mag-ooverflow sa dugo? Loko. Syempre ganun talaga. Tinanggal ko na ang kamay kong nakahawak sa paa niyang may sugat at kinuha ang agua oxinada. I was about to pour it to her wounded ankle but she kicked me right in the waist and screamed for the nth time.

Hindi ko na kaya ‘to. Masakit na ang katawan ko!!!! ‘Pag hindi ka tumigil…

“STOP SCREAMING AND KICKING ME OR ELSE I’LL RAPE YOU!” It was like magic. The roaring dinosaur stopped whining and stopped kicking me. Instead, she tucked her feet closer to her and went as far as she could to get away from me---nice!

“Come back here, Sophie.” Oops. I think, I over said it. She won’t come an inch near me now. This won’t do any good to the face-off. I sighed.

“Ok. I-I didn’t mean it, okay? It was just, you were hurting me physically. Ang hirap kayang matadyakan nang babaeng naka-hills? Now come on, let me finish it.” She didn’t look like she believed it at first but in the end, she crawled towards me. I continued to put the anti-germ stuff. Ok naman. Dumadaing siya pero hindi na siya sumisigaw at hindi na siya nananadyak. Pagkatapos non, inayos ko na ang bandage at hinayaan siyang magpahinga for a while. Ganito kasi ang nangyari…

A while ago…

“Game on!” sabi niya at inagaw sa’kin ang bola. She was about to shoot but I got it before she tried to shoot.

“Hey! That’s cheating!”

“no. This is what you call basketball.”

“tsk. No fair. Argh! This is nothing good. I know, this game won’t win against anime.”

 sabi niya with confidence.

“Tsk. Talking nonsense. Wala namang susuporta sa’yo eh. Mas marami namang lovers ng basketball more than what you’re fighting for.”

“Prove  it!”

“Look. I don’t need to prove anything to you. You should prove your side to me. But because I’m a gentleman, daanin nalang natin ‘to sa basketball. Pag natalo mo ako, sasabihin ko sa lahat na hindi maganda ang game na ‘to, pero pag ako nanalo sa game na ‘to…”

(Hmmm…ano kaya ang pwede)

Boom! There goes the best idea ever!!! I think, I grinned a lot… bwahaha…

“Hello… what now? You’re taking too long.” I cleaned my throat. She looked confident but I felt the suspense widening. Then I let out a smile.

“ACT LIKE MY FAN GIRL.”
