MIDTOWN SCHOOL NEWSPAPER
I KNOW YOUR SECRET, PETER PARKER
by Nellie Jenkins
October, 2017Yes, I broke the three rules I was specifically told not to. In fact, I did more than just break rule number one, which, in case you've forgotten, was:
Do not observe the person you are writing about outside of school grounds.
Well, fellow classmates, not only did I observe Peter Parker outside of school grounds. . .I kissed Peter Parker outside of school grounds. And on school grounds. So, I guess I only half broke the rule.
Also, rule number two was especially hard to follow:
Do not mix your article with emotional bias or personal feelings.
You see, kissing Peter Parker came at a price. There was no way I could not have emotional bias or personal feelings after that.
And lastly, rule number three is the reason I no longer have the article for you to read:
Do not tell the person you are writing about them.
I told Peter Parker about my article. I even let him read it. . .before I erased it into oblivion.
I know you all thought that I was going to reveal some major secret about Peter in this article, but upon getting to know him, I discovered that some secrets are just too precious to share.
So, this is my promise to you, Peter Parker, to forever keep your secret.
Sincerely yours,
Nellie Jenkins
