Chapter 19 || Work

Your POV

"Han Y/n?"
I stopped cleaning the tables and turned around.

It was my boss,Mr Yun.

"Yes,sir?"
I said as i bowed.

"Is it okay if i send you to go out to the new branch in another part of Seoul? But don't worry,you'll be going there with my nephew.All you have to do is just to stay there for a few days and help me monitor that new branch and come back."
He explained.

"Sure!"
I said whilst nodding my head.
"May i ask..who's your nephew?"

"He'll come by later.I'll get him to introduce himself to you.His name is Yun Eunho..Anyways,i have to go now."
He smiled before exiting the restaurant.

"Yun..Eunho..?"
My eyes widened as i groan.

I massaged my temples and was scared by a 'BOO'

It was Yoongi.

I hit his arm lightly whilst pouting.

"Why the long face?"
He asked whilst sitting down.

"Well..My boss is going to send me out to monitor another branch in Seoul and I'm going with his nephew,Yun Eunho.Yay"
I explained sarcastically.

"WhAt?That guy??"
Yoongi said,jaws dropping.

"Yeah..Anyways,the usual?"
I asked him.

He nodded as i went over to make his bubble milk tea,with again,exactly 27 pearls.

As soon as i put his drink down,the little chime rang,which meant someone entered the cafè.

"Hello,Welcome to—"
I was cut off after seeing who had walked in.

"Well well well.If it isn't Min Yoongi.Do you still have that bruise from when I punched you?"
He teased Yoongi.

"Oh please you punch like a baby."
Yoongi rolled his eyes as I chuckled.

Eunho sent him a cold glare before ordering.

"So it looks like you'll be stuck with me for a few days."
He said.

I rolled my eyes."What do you want?"

"Well i want you back..."
He said while pouting.

"Well you shouldn't have cheated on me and if you're not going to order,please get out.Other customers are waiting for theirs."
I responded.

"Fine fine fine.I'll see you soon then."
He said before leaving.

I sighed and continued to take other customers' orders.

A week later..

My boss instructed me to pack enough for 5 days,4 nights and so i did.

"Yeongmin..I'll be leaving now."
I said.

"Okay..If Eunho does anything.Bring him to be."
She said.

I smiled at her then waved goodbye.

I waited for Eunho to pick me up so we could go to the branch.

I had to stay in the same car as him for 2 and a half hours..

After a few minutes,Eunho arrived.He gestured me to go in his car.

We drove off.

After we reached the hotel,we went out for lunch.

"After we eat let's visit the new branch okay?"
He said whilst opening the menu.

I nodded.

Our food arrived and we talked for a bit.

"So..how's life without..us?"
He asked me.

"It's okay..how about you?"

"It's okay too..i do still miss you and I'm really really sorry for cheating on you."
He said as he grabbed my hand.

I instantly let go.

"I'm over you..I'm sorry.I know you'll find a girl that can make you happier than i do."
I smiled.

We quickly finished up and went to the cafè.
For the next 3 days,everything was fun.
We both monitored the cafè and went around and had...fun.

We went to a nearby bakery and took some baking lessons.
We played around,putting flour on each others faces, laughing hysterically.

It was the last day and we decided to go to the beach.To watch the sunset.

"Are you and Yoongi dating now?"
He asked all of the sudden.

"No..but we're really good friends."
I said.

"So i guess you still don't remember."
He mumbled to himself.

"What?"

He leaned in for a kiss but I pulled away.
"Stop."

He tried to force himself on me but i shoved him.
"Please."

On the car ride home,we actually enjoyed each other's company.It felt as if we had rekindled our relationship.

He sent me home.

"I..really enjoyed the past 5 days with you.."
He said sheepishly with his hands in his pockets.

"I did too."
I smiled.

"Can we still be friends.I know yes,i did cheat on you but.If we can't get back together..can we at least be friends?"
He asked whilst looking down at the ground.

"Sure."
I said.

I looked up and pulled me in for a hug.
"Thank you." he whispered into my ear.

Yoongi POV

As I stepped out of the shower,I received an unknown message.

I unlocked my phone while drying my hair with the towel.

It was pictures of..Y/n..and Eunho.
Kissing and Hugging?!
A sense of jealousy washed over me.
I guess..she's still not over..they're not over.
