Chapter 24 || With you

Your POV,1 week later.

I flopped on my bed and closed my eyes.
I was woken up by Yeongmin as she pulled my arm telling me to get dressed.

"Come on~~ Let's go out!"
She badgered me as i got up.

"CoMiNg!"
I said with a raspy voice. I combed my hair and touched up my make up. I went to the living room where Yeongmin was. "Okay i'm ready."
I said and Yeongmin looked at me in disgust.

"That's what you're wearing?" Yeongmin said as she looked at me from head to toe.

I tilted my head,"What's wrong with this?"
"Um..hello we're going to a Restaurant and you're gonna wear a shirt and sweatpants?"
Yeongmin said as she dragged me back to my room.

She picked out a long floral dress with a white denim jacket to go along with it.After she curled my hair we headed out.

She hailed a taxi,"See now you look more presentable.."
She naggged.

"Hey..what about you?You're just wearing a shirt and jeans.."
I said.

"This night is about you,honey."
Yeongmin winked at me as i looked at her weirdly.

We arrived at the restaurant and Yeongmin had reserved a table for two.
We sat down and looked at the menu for awhile.

"Hey..i need to go to the restroom for awhile..i'll be rightt back."
Yeongmin said but 5 minutes have passed and she still was not back.

I went to the restroom for

27 first.

I looked around for table 27..

27..

There it was...I walked towards the table and saw someone sitting there..

27? Someone's sitting there

Yes I'm sure now
just go there!

I sighed and headed to the table.
"Excuse me..but i think you're at the wrong table.."
I said as she jerked her head towards me.

It was y/n..
As soon as we realised who each other was,there was awkward silence.

Both out phones "dinged"

"Have fun~"
We both said in unison as we read the text.
We realised that Jimin and Yeongmin had set us up on a date.

I sighed and ruffled my hair.
"I guess we're stuck with each other for tonight."Y/n smiled at me as she offered me a seat.

We hadn't seen each other in weeks but it felt like years.

We ordered our food and we ate but none of us dared to say a word to each other until..

"How's life?"
We both said in unison,chuckling after.
"Ladies first."
