It was 1 am when I watched them from afar, I watched them argue with Briar and I watched them leave. Once I saw that the police had come I made my exit. My left arm was broken but I kept it to my side, I may also have internal bleeding from my fight with Abaddon but I knew I wouldn't die. I walked through an alleyway and threw my phones into the dumpster. I kept walking until I reached all the way to the house, once I reached the gate, the guard gave one look at me and opened the gate.
"We have a meeting," He said gruffly before letting me enter the place. I entered the house and went to the room that I had been to before. I was met by an old lady.
"May I take your bag?" She said. I handed her my backpack which had all my weapons in it. I didn't take any clothes because that didn't belong to me. I only to my weapons because I had earned them. I waited a few my minutes before she came back.
"Please follow me, I will bring you to the meeting room," She said.
I followed behind her and the room was close to the dining hall. Once I opened the door I saw a big oval table seated with many members already, there was also a platform where I saw Ryan standing.
"Finally! Our special guest has arrived," Ryan said to everybody. When he spoke everybody listened to him with respect.
"She is to be welcomed as a new member of our family. I will let her introduce herself," he announced and left the platform. I went up there and introduced myself as Athena. I've forgotten the past, I am making a new life, a new start and with it a new name.
