Elise's pov

We drive fast through the sand on the beach, the boys laughing and howling and i find myself laughing with them. Paul turns his head a little to look at me and his grin widens at my happines. Suddenly we're flying through the woods at an incredible speed making me tighten my grip on him.

"I trust you." I mumble in his ear. I can feel him covering my hands with one of his for a few seconds before we stop right by a cliff. My heart is beating hard against my chest and it feels like everyone can hear it. I breath heavily as i rest my head on Pauls back."You ok babe?" I can hear the smirk, i giggle. "I haven't had that much fun in years." Marko helps me of the motorcycle and leads me with the others to a staircase leading down to a opening in the cave. I grip his hand tightly as i stumble a bit. Marko's quick to steady me and helps me down the last jump. I look around in awe, the others smiling at me. "This was the hottest resort in Santa Carla about 80 years ago, too bad they built it on the fault. When the big one hit San francisco the ground opened up, the place took a header straight into the crack. Now it's ours." David finished his speech as he sat down on a wheelchair.

Laddie took my hand leading me to a couch. I sat down and he cuddled up on my lap. I look up and see the boys smiling as they look at me and Laddie. I blush and focus on playing with Laddies hair as i hear nearly inaudible chuckles. "Sooo, how old are you?" Paul asked as he plopped down beside us. "Seventeen." Marko pops up on the other side of us with another question. "How long have you and Laddie known each other?" I look at Laddie seeing him almost asleep. "Three years, but it's been a year since we last saw each other." Laddies fully asleep now but i keep running my fingers through his hair. For a little while i'm just lost in thought, completely gone for the world. A hand on my shoulder snaps me out of it. Dwayne's in the same spot Paul was while Paul, David and Marko looks kind of worried. Wonder why. "You okay gorgeous?" I just nod suddenly extremely tired. One of the boys takes Laddie somewhere. A bed i'm assuming. "Are you sure you're okay? You were out of it for quite a while." David asks. "I'm fine, just some.... memories."

Marko's pov

David doesn't look convinced and neither do we but we decide to drop it for now. Our mate looks really tired making me smile a little. She looks so adorable. Dwayne discreetly puts his arm behind her shoulders as she starts to sway a little. "You're looking a little tired, how long have you been up?" Paul asks as he walks over the broken chandelier laying on the fountain. Elise seem to think a little. "Since three this morning... i think." She leans back straight into Dwaynes waiting arms. We smirk when we see her unknowingly cuddle closer.

Elise pov

I feel warm and content as Dwayne has his arm around me. The sleepiness increases and i feel myself slipping away. "Sleep mate, we'll be here when you wake up." Four sets of hands run over my body and i can't bring myself to question the calm and happy feeling coming with it.

/Time skip/

The sound of music is what wakes me up. I open my eyes to see a drape surrounding the bed i'm in. My feet are bare and i freeze a little as i climb out of bed. Suddenly i'm carrying a laughing Laddie in my arms. "Hi little guy, you look like you slept well." He nods. "Yeah, you'll come with us to the boardwalk right?" I grimace a little. "Can i wake up a little more first?" He pouts before sighing dramatically. "I guess." I can hear Paul and Marko laughing. Smiling i walk to one of the couches putting Laddie down. I could see him about to object before i sat down to. Quickly i grab him and start to tickle him. The sound of his laughter made my heart swell with happiness. I missed this so much. Paul plops down beside us. "Had a nice nap, sleeping beauty?" He said ruffling my hair. I huff. "Yeah, but leave my hair alone!" They all just smile watching me and Paul bickering.
