| Monday 2:30 : At Home |

This moment in time I really didn't feel like leaving my house but if I wanna have an A in this class might as well go.

I got my bookbag and texted my mom that I was going over to friends house and she said it was fine. The walk to his home wasn't that far but damn was his house huge.

I knocked on the door to be opened by his dad saying " Hi you must be Kayla, I'm Lavar nice to meet you " .

I shook his hand and he let me in the house to see people sitting in the living room and three dogs running up to me and licking my face.

" Aww you guys are so cute...what's their names ? " I asked him.

" Dip,Cash and Deuce " He said and showing me upstairs to LaMelo room.

I knocked on his door which I seen him sleeping on his bed so I just jumped on top of him until I hear groaning in his sleep. " Hey come on so we can get started on this project ? "

" Can I have five more of sleep I just got home from practice today and I feel slumped " He said in his pillow.

" Oh come on please I have volleyball practice after so can we please try doing some of this " I begged shaking so he can get up.

He finally got up and got his things for the project and went to his backyard to work on the project .

This whole time we were supposed to be working in this project we just kept talking about each other and it's like I'm not supposed to like him. I like him 10% that's it.

" Alright LaMelo let's get this project done please before I'm late for volleyball "

" I'll just FaceTime you so we can finish it,but let's get you to practice before your late " He said getting both of our stuff and going to his black Lamborghini and went to back to the school .

We pulled up to the school and I went straight to the locker room and changed into my clothes.

I went back to the gym and seen Curly, Lanecia and Alyssa waiting for me and they kept pointing towards the bleachers and I seen LaMelo was sitting down just watching practice. I walked over to him with a surprised and shocked face.

" I though you were leavin why are you still here ? "

" Oh your mom texted me and wanted me to stay here and bring you back home from practice, now got a problem with that ? " He said standing so close to me.

I rolled my eyes and walked back to the team before Coach Kelly called us.

" Alright girls great practice today, we have a game this Friday so be ready and practice tomorrow so don't be late " Coach Kelly said.

I got my bag from the locker room and said bye to the girls and went outside seeing LaMelo near his car talking Big O.

He then left and LaMelo opened the car for me and I got in the car and drunk my water and he got in and he started his car drove.

" You want anything to eat ? " He asked me.

" Can we get some Taco Bell I'm starving for some tacos " I said rubbing my stomach.

He just laughed at me and I did too and we pulled up the nearest Taco Bell. We sat down at a table and he just ordered for us both.

We just kept laughing and talking to each other which made it fun about today.

" So can I ask you something ? " He said.

I nodded my head while eating my taco and he finished drinking his Coke and said " Why don't like me ? "

I just laughed to myself and and finished my second taco and said " I never said I don't like you LaMelo I just like your little ass girlfriend Ashley "

" Yeah your little science experiment explains everything " He said laughing.

" Beat science project...I actually learned that from my older brother Cody " I said.

" Where's your brother now ? " He asked.

" You like to ask a lot of questions do you ? "

" I do it just to get to know you more " He said.
