A week passed. Everyone was mad at Katsuki, because he didn't stop Izuku. But they didn't know what Izuku had actually done.

* * *

After a couple seconds, Izuku and Taro disappeared. Katsuki tried not to worry even if he knew what Izuku's plan was.

"Katsuki. Please tell me we did not just lose Izuku." Shoto looked up to his husband.

Katsuki didn't answer. He stood up and shoved his hands in his pockets. He looked around for a second before turning back to the team. "I'm sorry. I should've stopped him."

* * *

The team arrived back at Izuku and Daiki's house. Everything was quiet except the small noises Mai was making.

Daiki looked towards the door and stormed over to Katsuki.

"Why the fuck did you let him die?!"

"It's not my fault! It was his idea! He's your husband. You know how fucking determined he is when you get an idea in his head! This fucking Deku didn't let me stop him! That wasn't supposed to happen!" His voice was cracking but it was mostly being hidden by his shouts.

It was quiet for a bit. Before Daiki spoke up again. "What'd he say to you?" He asked in a quiet voice.

"Daiki..." Shoto warned. He didn't wanna see his brother be in more pain than he already was.

"I wanna know what his last words were to you. Is too much to ask for from my husbands best friend? Or my brother-in-law?"

"He told me not to worry. He said that the pain will go away. I think he also also said for you to not close yourself off from the world, especially your kids and family." Katsuki said. He may have rephrased Izuku's words a bit. And he may have added the part about not closing himself off.

It was quiet.

Katsuki was looking down at his feet.

"This was all my fault. I shouldn't have gone out there in the first place. He wanted me and used Izuku to get to me. I should've just gone with him and have Juro kill me right then. This was all my fault. I made fun of him when he didn't get into UA. It's my fau—"

"Hitoshi! As much as I hate the fact that Izuku is dead, you can't blame yourself!" Eijiro said.

"It's no one's fault, okay? It was his choice. No one forced him to... kill himself... He could've chosen not to..." Denki yelled, interrupting whoever was about to talk.

It was quiet, again.

IZUKU TODOROKI-MIDORIYA

Izuku had been in a cell for all of his time in Junichiro's lair. They figured out he wasn't. actually dead when he started up his quirk and basically shocked himself to get his heart and breathing back to normal. They had put quirk restraining cuffs on him from then on out. He would only eat the small portion of food that they gave him, which was almost always a piece of bread and some water. He was stuck in his hero costume, which was basically his villain costume but with more protection. He wanted to go back home to his husband and kids but he knew he had to do this to help his family. He had hidden straws and forks they gave him everyday with his water and bread (He didn't know why they game him forks but he went with it) so he could make something to get the cuffs off.

Once he knew the coast was clear, he hid in a corner and started tearing apart the straws with his teeth and fingers. After a couple minutes, he had made the right tool, he held it in his right hand and put the tool into a small gear he had found on the first day. He started twisting it, using his teeth and fingers. After minutes of twisting, the cuff came off. Thankfully, they only gave him the one cuff.

He ripped it off and activated his quirk, hitting his foot against the cell bars. He was free.

An alarm started going off but he didn't care. He started running towards the control center. There was no one there. He ran to a panel and started typing things in. It wasn't the first time he hacked into a bases system, and it probably won't be the last. He typed in an IP address and made a code so he could see what was going on in the systems at all times.

By the time the guards and some more of Junichiro's minions got to the control system, the alarms were off, the system looked completely normal and Izuku was long gone.

Izuku found out that he was in a small town in Japan, not to far from where he lived. Everyone, if not most people, recognized him as the hero Deku. Sometimes he wanted to get rid of his title and costume just so he could have a somewhat normal life.

He was paler than usual, obviously, and he was very messy. His hair was messier than usual and he looked like he was going to pass out at any moment.

That was, until someone found him.

"Excuse me, Mr. Deku?"

Izuku turned around and looked towards the person. He seemed to look around his age, if not, a bit older. His hair was covered by a hat but there was an obvious scar on his face. Like as if a cat scratched him really badly and he needed to get stitches.

"Yes?"

"Do you need a ride?"

"Uh, no thanks." Izuku smiled softly before walking away.

"Whatever you say, Todorki-Midoriya." The guy mumbled but Izuku heard him.

Izuku turned around agin but the guy was already gone.

* * *

A couple hours later, Izuku finally arrived at the doorsteps of his house. He saw a bunch of cars out, meaning there probably was a meeting going on.

He rang the doorbell.

* * *

"Alright. We need a plan. That guy killed Izuku with one blast, meaning he either has a strong quirk or Izuku was really weak." Denki started.

"Yes, Pikachu, we know! We've gone over this every single day for a week!" Katsuki snapped. Since that day, he became more cold, like he was before. Everyone still hated him, including his husband—but less than everyone else—for something he didn't do. He was sitting alone, against the wall. He knew Izuku wasn't dead but he didn't know when he was coming back.

Until the doorbell rang.

Everyone looked around. Katsuki shot up and went to the door. He opened it in 5 seconds and looked at the person at the door. "Deku!" He yelled and hugged Izuku.

Everyone's eyes widened.

Daiki stood up and looked towards the door. "Izu? How are you alive?"

"I never actually died. I faked my death, Kacchan was the only one I could tell." Izuku explained, his voice still raspy from only getting one cup of water a day.

"So, we've been hating Katsuki for a week for letting you die, for nothing?"

"I told him he couldn't tell anyone, but yeah. I didn't actually die. But I feel like I'm about to, if I don't get water and sleep." He chuckled weakly.

Katsuki picked him up and dragged him inside, closing the door behind them.

Before he knew it, Izuku had passed out in his arms.

He was back.
