By the point Izuku and Hitoshi went to visit William and Riley, Katsuki was around 5 months pregnant. At this point, he was starting to show. And at this point, Shoto wouldn't let Katsuki leave the house to do hero work.
"Sho. I love you. You know I do. You know I love our kid. But, I need to be out there! It's my life!" Katsuki yelled. Maybe some pregnancy hormones were getting to him.
"Katsuki. I love you too and our kid. Which is exactly why I can't let you out there! It's dangerous and I can't lose you like I almost lost my brother. I love you and our kid too much to lose you to a shitty accident that I could've prevented." Shoto explained in a calm matter, unlike his husband.
"I just wanna have this baby so I can fight again!"
"Um. No. You aren't fighting right now and you aren't gonna get up two seconds after you have our baby to go fight!"
"You can't make me stay home! You don't own me!"
"But I am your husband and the father of our child! I have a right to keep both of you safe! I don't care if I stay home with you while the rest are out there! You're not going anywhere close to a fight for another 5 months."
"5 months?! How long do I have to rest for?!"
"I dunno, maybe it's so you can spend time with your baby and husband?! Your new family?!" said Shoto, starting to get a bit irritated.
"I just wanna do what I've wanted to do my whole life!" Katsuki threw his hands up, as if saying 'I'm done'. "Whatever. I don't care anymore."
"You don't care that you could be putting you—our child in danger?!"
"I do care about our child! I just can't deal with this 'you have to stay at home' shit! I'm not like that and you know it! You should've known what you were getting yourself into when you married me. It's like you don't even know me." Katsuki said softly, his enraged emotion slowly being replaced by sadness. He sat on the couch and hugged his knees.
"Katsuki." Shoto tried but Katsuki didn't respond. "Katsuki." He tried again, still no response. "Katsuki Todoroki-Bakugo. You know I love you. You know I love our child. I wouldn't keep you from something if you love it so much, except when I think its dangerous for you do do it. I want to keep you safe so we can, all three of us can be a loving and caring family. Okay? I want what's best for Baby Todoroki-Bakugo and for you. Okay?"
"Okay..." Katsuki mumbled.
"And for your information, I did know who I was marrying. I knew I was marrying Katsuki Bakugo. I've always known exactly who you are."
"I'm sorry..." Katsuki mumbled again.
Shoto smiled and picked him up, placing him on his lap. "I love you."
"I love you too." Katsuki said, moving up closer to Shoto and held onto him tightly.

4 months later
"Deku! Why didn't you tell me this hurt so fucking bad?!" Katsuki complained.
He was in the hospital, Shoto to his left, holding his hand (it was more like Katsuki was breaking his hand, but we're ignoring that fact) and Izuku to his right, not holding his hand, but still there for support.
"Oh, sorry. Did I leave out that fact?"
"Uh, yeah! You did!"
"Sorry!" Izuku smiled innocently.
"This hurts! Can't you just get 'im out already?!"
