(a/n, there's going to be a slight reference to harry potter in this chapter. probably won't happen again, just let me have my fun for this chapter :) )

Izuku was pacing around the hospital room. Daiki hadn't come back from his surgery yet and it was scaring him. He'd been in there for almost 4 hours. He hadn't even realized that Katsuki, who was in the room with him, had stood up and walked over to him.

"Deku. You need to calm down. He's probably fine." Katsuki tried but it wasn't enough to calm the worried husband.

"What if he's not. What if they had a complication, and can't help him?"

"Deku! Look at me." Katsuki said sternly.

Izuku looked up at his best friend. Katsuki grabbed him and pulled him in for a hug. "He'll be okay. He's strong."

Right if on cue, Daiki was rolled into the room, his surgeons following behind him.

Izuku looked up and pulled away from Katsuki.

"Mr. Todoroki," She started not realizing that Katsuki was also a Todoroki at this point, "I have good news and bad news. Good news is that his heart is healthy. We managed to clean up most of the mess after his first surgery. Bad news is that he's in a coma. We don't know if or when he's going to wake up."

Izuku felt as if his heart was just shattered into pieces. He needed his husband more than he needed anything else in the world. His husband was the only reason he was still alive at this point.

Another thing Izuku felt was the sudden urge to throw up.

He covered his mouth and ran out of the room. Neither Katsuki or the doctor knew if he was crying or if something was wrong.

"I'm sorry about him. He doesn't take bad news all that good. He's kind of learned to deal with it but it can still come as a shock occasionally." Katsuki apologized for his best friend.

"If I'm not mistaken, you are Katsuki Bakugo? The best friend?"

"Dek—Izuku's best friend. And I married Daiki's brother, Shoto. So, Daiki is my brother in law."

"Alright. If you need me, you know where to find me." She smiled then left.

Right as the doctor left, Shoto walked in.

"Hey, Katsuki. How's Daiki? How's Izuku?"

"Daiki is in a coma and Izuku ran out." He simplified. "But, come here, I wanna ask you something. About our baby."

Shoto walked over to him and held him tightly, not knowing how to take the new information about his brother.

"If we have a baby boy, can we name him after Daiki?"

Shoto looked taken aback. He never expected that from his husband. "W—S—Wh—Ho—Why? Not that I'm against it or anything."

"He saved my and our baby's life. I feel like I owe it to him. He's here because of me." Katsuki said softly, looking over at the man who saved his life.

"Yeah. Of course, we can." Shoto smiled a bit.

"I, uh," Izuku said from the doorway, seeing as he just got back. "I need to get away. From this room, from this hospital, from this area. I need to get away from Japan for a bit. If Daiki wakes up, tell him the kids are with Shiki and Kuro and that I'm fine. Tell him that I'm safe and that I love him very much."

"Where are you going?" Shoto asked.

"I don't know yet. I just know that I wanna go away but I don't wanna go alone."
