once upon a time: pilot s1:e1

chapter 7.

The sun was shining in the enchanted forest. A pregnant snow white stood on the balcony of get room in the castle. Her back Agaisnt the door frame, supporting her as she was nearly due. She has her arms protectively on her stomach as she stares into the sky. She was so distracted that she didn't hear Prince charming come into the room,  taking off his cloak from his daily adventure.

" what's wrong? " he asks swing his wife looking pale and tired. He instantly rushes over to her and gently touches her left arm which was closest to him. Snow white Shakes her head still looking out " nothing... " he takes a few steps back and looks over her body language once more " You're thinking about what the Queen said again, aren't you? Snow, please... I can't keep having this conversation, you have to let it go. We're about to have a baby!" he says trying to convince her.

Snow White mumbles " I haven't had a restful night since our wedding." she says.  Her voice slightly distressed from the cryptic message from the Queen and lack of sleep.
Prince Charming looks at her once again "That's what she wants, to get in your head! But they're only words. She can't hurt us!" he says.  He hated the Queen as much as she did. But Regina and snow had chemistry that he couldn't begin to understand. 
Snow White looks at him in disbelief,  slight amusement in her voice. "She poisoned an apple because she thought I was prettier than her. You have no idea of what she's capable." she finishes off going back to being distant again.
Prince Charming walks into the room looking for some things " What can I do to ease your mind?"
Snow White instantly thinks of an idea but she knew her husband would hate it...but she wouldn't go down without a fight. "Let me talk... to him." Prince charmings face portrayed a rather puzzled look as she gave no indication to who she was referring to. Then it hit him and his face became one of uncertainty. " him.you don't mean... " he says.  Snow white cuts him off with a sharp nod " I do" Prince charming shakes his head " no, no, no. It's too dangerous." snow white walks to him amd holds his hands. Pleading.  " he sees the future! " David returns her look " there's a reason he's locked up! " he was only concerned for the wellbeing of his wife and the child. He didn't care about the dark one or his seer like talents. However he managed to acquire them. Snow looks at him and Knew that she always won her battles. Just like she did with the local people. Gave them hope and made them follow her into battle.

She says with a gentle voice " Can you promise me that our child will be safe? Can you guarantee it? Because he can." she emphasise ' because he can ' to get the point to her husband and why it was a good idea.
Prince Charming still being the stubborn one in the relationship grumbles "All right. For our child."
