once upon a time: pilot s1:e1

chapter 21

Snow White slowly makes her way to Geppetto's Workshop, where a fallen Prince Charming lies. She moves to him as fast as she could.

Snow White gasps and starts crying. "No. No. No!"  she Continues saying "no" and sits and cradles Prince Charming's head in her lap."Please. Please come back to me. " She kisses him and when nothing happens she desperately tries again and the same result.

The Evil Queen appears laughing. The
Evil Queen looks at her smiling. "Oh, don't worry, dear. In a few moments you won't remember you knew him, let alone loved him." she pulls a face as though she hated saying the word love.

Snow White looks up. Tears streaming down her face "Why did you do this?" she asks heart broken. The Queen leans forward and pulls back ger lips.  She snarls "Because this is my happy ending." two soldiers enter the room and the Queen addresses them." The child?" she raises an eyebrow. The masked Guard shakes his head "Gone. It was in the wardrobe; and then it was gone. It's nowhere to be found." the Evil Queen frowns making a low growling sound. "Where is she?"
Snow White breaks into a wide grin. Still cradling her husbands motionless body. " She got away. You're going to lose. I know that now. Good will always win." she smiles.  She knew the plan would work. The evil Queen stands up straight and overlooks snow. "We'll see about that. " she begins to laugh evily.

The ceiling cracks, and the air begins to darken and swirl. Soon the characters find themselves in the middle of a vortex of dark magic.
Snow White looks around trying to shield her eyes "Where are we going?"

The Queen smiles and turns around slowly in the storm. Loving the feel of magic." Somewhere horrible." A window shatters inwards and the Curse floods inside the room."Absolutely horrible. A place where the only happy ending will be mine. " she says with complete victory. The shards of glass from the window are suspended in midair, and then the Curse smoke covers everything.
