Emma and Henry were in the yellow bug that was now in new England highway. Emma was till driving to take Henry to his home town which she recently learnt was called storybrooke.  The window wipers moved from side to side rapidly as it was raining. The big raindrops bouncing off of the windshield making it harder for Emma to see. Henry was concentrated on reading his book that was propped open on his lap. His eyes skimming the text quickly.

Henry looks up "I'm hungry. Can we stop somewhere?" Emma shakes her head pressing the acceleration peddle faster on her car, reaching the allowed speed limit. "This is not a road trip; we're not stopping for snacks."

Henry cocked his head sideways at her "Why not?" he needed some food. It was late at night and that was what he needed to stay awake to make his notes of who everyone was. He feared that one day he would forget too.
Emma sighs and groans annoyed that the car wouldn't go any further! " Quit complaining, kid. Remember, I could've put your butt on a bus; I still could!" Henry nods slowly thinking that his real mother could be just as strict as Regina.

But she was the evil queen. And no one could top her. But " You know, I have a name? It's Henry."  Emma didn't want to say his name as it only reminded her of when she gave him away. She simple couldnt use his name. It wasn't the one she had given him. It was chosen for him by some other parents amongst the big world. She turns her head to the side feeling slightly bad for the kid and eyes Henry's book "What's that?" she asks intrigued.

Henry goes back to reading after one quick look at Emma who was now being back to focusing on the road. "I'm not sure you're ready." he says
Emma scoffs. She looks at the front cover and could clearly see it was a book of fairy tales characters.  The intricate and most amazing cartoon images she had ever seen and been placed randomly on the pages. From her distance it looked as it the images were once real,  once Alive.  Now jsut captured in book form. "Ready for some fairy tales?"

Henry shook his head madly.  He needed Emma to believe and quick. This wasn't going to be easy. " They're not fairy tales. They're true. Every story in this book actually happened."
Emma raises her eyebrows at the kid amd looks out. She wind and rain dying down a little and nods "Of course they did."  Henry turns as much as his body as he could and stares right at Emma " Use your superpower. See if I'm lying."
Emma  Looks at him for a moment. She narrows her eyes briefly. What the... She could find nothing to indicate that the kid was lying.. Not lime she could do when they were back in Boston in her apartment. But it was nonsense. So she ignored it. " Just because you believe something doesn't make it true."

Henry having the heart of the Truest believer obviously then comes out with "That's exactly what makes it true. You should know more than anyone." he says referring to his grandparents. Emma sighs getting bored now " Why's that?"
Henry was surprised that Emma was even having this conversation with him and with his usual tone he says "because you're in this book."
Emma Looks at him. Her dark brown eyebrows furrowed. "Oh, kid. You've got problems." she says and then turns her attention back to the road one more time that night.
Henry does nothing to deny it bit saw this rather as a widow of opportunity.  " Yup. And you're going to fix them." he says with a smile and reads his book once again
