Meant To Be

Chapter 2

It was move in day she loaded up her car and kissed her parents goodbye and got into her car she turned up her music as she rolled down her windows as "Creepin" by Eric Church started to play. She put her aviators on and headed towards the college. It was almost 10 in the morning she stopped and got her a iced coffee and a sausage biscuits and tots at Mcdonalds. She had her GPS going so she wouldn't get lost. She hated being on the interstate it made her nervous which is why she always had Rhett drive when they wanted to go to Atlanta for a nice dinner. 

She was on the interstate stuck in traffic she had one of her legs in her seat and resting her head on her hand as she had elbow propping herself up as she waited for traffic to pick up. She turned on her country love playlist on her spotify and "Mine Would Be You" By Blake Shelton. A few cars behind her was Bucky and behind him was Steve and Nat. Bucky started to sing the song in his car cause he could hear it as his windows were down. Frankie started to cry as the song made her miss Rhett. 

She sent him a text and but he wasn't answering which meant he was busy with football. Traffic picked up and she was able to move and then she finally was able to take her exit and she was hungry as it was passed lunch time so she stopped and got her some taco bell ate her tacos as she drove and then she started down Bulldog Nation Rd as "Do I" By Luke Bryan was playing out her windows and she found the house she was suppose to stay in. They all 3 came outside when she pulled in and she put her car in park. 

She took a deep breathe as she turned off her car and unplugged her phone and got out of the car. Bucky and Steve came over and Steve said "Here we will help." 

"Oh thank you." she said as she bit her lip. She popped her trunk and the boys carried her stuff up to the room that had her name on the door. The bedrooms were on the 2nd floor and Nat came over to her and said "Hi I'm Natasha or Nat."

"Francesca but I prefer Frankie." she said with a smile 

"So can I ask where you are from?' Nat said 

"I'm from Brunswick GA." she said as the boys came back out and said "Is that all?'

"Yup. Thank you." she said 

"You are welcome Francesca" Bucky said 

"It's Frankie actually." she said 

"I'm Bucky Barnes even though the paper said James I prefer Bucky." he said with a smile.

"I'm Steve." Steve said 

"HI." she said with a smile 

They went in and showed her where her room was and saw that her room was next to Bucky's connected by a bathroom. She bit her lip and swallowed hard as she sat on the bed. She felt tear drops fall she missed Rhett so bad and she laid down on her bed. She texted him again he still wasn't answering her text messages. Nat knocked on her door and she said "Hey you ok Frankie." 

She wiped tears and said "Yeah..it's just been a bad day." 

"Um I know this is going to sound weird but do you want to go grocery shopping with me. The boys don't want to go and I rode with Steve cause he's my boyfriend so I didn't bring my car up here." Nat said

"Yeah I would love to go with you I don't mind to drive." she said 

Frankie and  Nat left to go grocery shopping for their house and they got to know each other and that made Frankie feel a little better. When they got back she honked her horn to get the boys attention and they came out and took the groceries in and the girls put it away. The boys went back to their xbox game and Frankie went upstairs to her room and shut the door. She started to unpack her room and fix it up and checking her phone.
