A few weeks later it was Thanksgiving they all drove home to their hometowns the day before and had Thanksgiving with their families. The day after they drove back up trying to avoid the Black Friday traffic she finally made it home last cause she was the last to leave cause she went by her grandma's house on her way out of town. She pulled in and got her bag out and walked in. Nat said "Oh good you are finally here."
"It's been one day Nat it was one day where you didn't get to see me" Frankie said
They all started laughing as she went upstairs and put her bag up and came back downstairs and Nat said "We are going to decorate our house for Christmas."
"Oh.. is that why you were glad I was home." Frankie said with a smile
"Yes" Nat said
She saw all the boxes on the living room floor and said "Where did all this come from?"
"Bucky's mom." Steve said
Bucky said "Yeah she hit a early Christmas sale and got us a tree ornaments had stockings made and lights and other things."
"Sounds like your mom went to hobby lobby." Frankie said
"Yeah that's what I said"Nat said
They were all trying to decide where was best to put the tree in their living room as they stood there. They finally decided to put the tree over in the corner of the living room and started to decorate it and Bucky put Frankie up on his shoulders so she could put the star up on the top of the tree.

After they finished with tree they started to decorate with the rest of the stuff. Bucky's mom got them stocking holder with their initials on it and their stockings were monogrammed with their initials as well. They finished decorating and had dinner together at the bar top since they didn't have a kitchen table. Then they all 4 enjoyed some time in the hot tub and agreed to go out the next day to do their Christmas shopping.
That night Bucky found Frankie in her working out and he said "So that's how you stay so hot."
"Shut up." she said
"Make me." he said as he came over to her.
She got up and walked over to him and said "Oh don't you dare me to do that."
He grabbed her close to him and said "OH baby doll I do what I want."
"Yeah. I know you do." she said
She got her pajamas out of her drawer and said "I'm going to take a shower."
"Ok." he said
She got in the shower and Bucky sat up on the bathroom counter and said "So how was being back home?'
"Awful.. I had to explain to my whole family at dinner why I was no longer with Rhett." she said as she washed her hair.
"What did they say?' he said
"My grandma was the only person that said anything that's why I was late getting home cause she wanted to do it privately." she said
"What did she say?' he said
"Um well she said that I should of never been with him in the first place cause he was clearly after one thing and the moment that my dad made me promise him he knew he wasn't going to get it from me. That I was an idiot for staying with him so long cause if he's cheated on me once he's probably done it before and was able to hide it better. She wanted me to break up with him the moment he decided that he no longer wanted to go to UGA with me. Told me that I would find the boy I'm meant to be with in college and that she thinks that I'll know who it is when he proves that he doesn't care that I want to wait." she said as she is shaving her legs.
"Wow no wonder you were late getting on the road." he said
"Well that's just the summary there was a lot more cuss words and insults but I don't want to repeat those." she said
He smiled and shook his head and he loved her good girl attitude. After she got out of the shower and he brushed her hair and braided it for her and while repeating that no one was to know that he had a sensitive side or that he knew how to braid hair.
"So other than your grandma being completely blunt and honest with you did you have a good time." he said as they laid in his bed.
"No.. cause I had to run to the store for my mom and I seen them together and it hurt Bucky it hurt so bad I wanted to drive back up here and be alone. I just don't understand why he couldn't be honest with me if it bothered him that much why couldn't he just tell me instead of going behind my back." she said as tears fell.
"Sweetheart some guys don't know how to do that. I on the other hand am not like that I'll be brutally honest rather you like it or not. I"m pretty sure I pissed off that girl when I basically told her to get the fuck out." he said
She laughed and sniffled back some tears and said "So um how was your trip home?"
"It was good I had less explaining to do. I did see Jolie and she apologized for cheating on me but I just told her that I didn't want her fucking apology that 3 years with her didn't mean nothing to her if she spent the last year of it cheating on me. She acted like that hurt her feelings but I didn't care she hurt me." he said
Frankie said "Bucky you don't have to be a butt head all the time."
He started laughing and said "You are cute when you are trying to not cuss when I've heard you slip up a few times."
"Yes I know I slip up then I lay in bed and hate myself for it." she said
He started laughing and said "So damn adorable." as he pulled her closer to where they were nose to nose and he started to rub her back as they both slowly fell asleep. The next day they got up early with Steve and Nat and went shopping. She got stuff for her parents and then got something for Steve and Nat and Bucky. They discussed how they wanted to their Christmas since they got like 2 weeks off for Christmas and Nat said "I want us back together for atleast New Years Eve."
Frankie looked down and said "Nat do we really have to throw a party for everything."
"Come on Frankie you can come to the party and not drink." she said
"I just can't Nat I'm sorry." she said
"Frankie.." Bucky said
"I'll stay home till New years day." she said
"Frankie." Bucky said
She wiped tears and left the living room and went to her room. "Good going Nat you have upset her. She doesn't like being around that stuff and it makes her uncomfortable." Bucky said
"So I can't throw a party cause she feels uncomfortable." Nat said
"You aren't the only one in this house Nat." Bucky said
Bucky went upstairs to talk to Frankie but her door was locked so he came in through the bathroom. Bucky came in to see her light off and her in bed sniffling. He laid down beside her and whispered "Sweetheart.."
"I hate being here I feel like such a loser cause I feel a certain way about things." she said
"No you are not a loser." he said as he kissed the side of her head.
"Well atleast you don't think so." she said as she rolled over and hugged him and he hugged her tighter till they both fell asleep.
