A Secret Revealed

Jade nods after her mate. She didn't want to let him go. She felt their troubles were only just beginning, their was something more to all of this, but she knew he must check in the others. Jade curled around her pup and closed her eyes. She was between awake and dream state she could hear everything around her and would wake to the slightest call of her name and yet not it was a trance like state a recollection, she suppressed for 3 years. She had come across a man a dark man in a black cloak and a black top hat. He hid his face and yet smelled of death. It got worse as he cornered her. "Beware pup, your on the watch list do not return to your pack, you and your pup will die. The Order is watching and very pleased with your choice. Do not return under any circumstances, Jade you must listen." The voice said."Who? What? Why?" She sputtered out confused and frieghtened. "You want answers go to the west hill grave yard at sunset. I will meet you their." The figure left her confused. She spent the next day sleeping to go meet what ever she had met before. Upon her arrival Jade waited for the sun to sink and looked around ears perked. She turned when she heard the whisper on the wind.

"Bright and Dim witted dog to come alone. However you want answers everything you need is in their and remember I helped you, My name is Marius, I am a Vampire you dogs natural Enemy,but a bitten wolf like you would know nothing of this your still young but when I call on you, I expect you to answer. I did you a favor you do me one and we will be square. I can't go in with you, but every question will be answered in their, go down to the basement, and open the secret door behind the boiler, it's all in their, what you do with it is on you. I will not be out here when you get out, however I know your scent I know where to find you if I need you. If you need me play this flute it shrinks into a necklace so you will never loose it." He said.

Jade takes the necklace and puts it on. She goes for the church and looks back to look at Marius,but he was gone, disappeared like a shadow in the night."Marius?" She whispered."Go." The ghostly voice said to her. Jade made her way to the door and into the church. She made her way down to the basement and pulled open a secret door as she walked into the room and saw what he was talking about. She opened a box and pulled out a heavy book with the orders mark on it. she spent hours and days looking through the the room and it's contents. She had taken some things and pictures of others and wrote down other things. Every night she would come to the church she would look for Marius and he never showed. He did finally show next night wounded and in a bad mood. He snapped at her, "What are you doing here, you need to leave." He snarled at her. She had jumped at seeing him like that. Instinctively she got him in her car and took him to her apartment. She got him and breathed out,"What happened?" She asked him as she got up and fixed up is wound."They found out I am helping you. and well You did save my life their, I guess I owe you." He told her. He went to get up."Wait its almost daylight out. Just stay the guest room is light tight and you can leave this evening I will take Lyn out so you can sleep and I will be back at sun down." She said.

When sun down came she was at her place and Marius was just getting ready to leave."Hey thanks pup for the help, one last thing though, your boss is part of them watch your self, alright he told her."He leaned in and put his forehead to hers."Your different and I am glad I met and helped you. You have a good heart, even if you go back stay pure okay." He said."Wait its sounds like your leaving Marius, what if I need you, or your help?" She asked him."I will always be around watching I may not answer, but when you really need me you know how to get a hold of me, you will always know I am close because that will become icecold." He pointed to the necklace."Take care Jade." He kissed her forehead and became a ghost a figment of her imagination. Jade had closed her eye's and when she opened them he was gone. Many nights she spend calling out for I'm looking for him. Many nights at parties or other places she would think she would see someone that looked like him, but when she fully looked he was gone,Marius was gone. He said he be around, but he wasn't he had disappeared.
