Authors POV:
Both Taehyung and Jungkook decided it was no use to look for the other members straight away, they didn't know how long it would take and they no longer had food, water or shelter. They didn't have many weapons either and they had already used most of their ammunition trying to get out of the herd of walkers. They made a plan on the best way to survive.
Step one: find shelter
Step two: find water
Step three: find food
Step four:find weapons and ammo
Step five: look for the members

Jungkook's POV:
"I think the best option is for us to east, it's out into the country so there should be a few old farm houses that we could go to. They would be safer too since they'll have fences around them and if we're lucky there'll be a river nearby or at least a well." I stated. Taehyung looked slightly worried "what if we go too far away from them? We might not be able to find them" he panicked. "You trust me don't you?" I asked him. He hesitated for a minute before looking me in the eye and nodding confidentially. "I trust you."  "Well that settles it then. We'll need to start going now while the suns still up, we don't want to be wandering around in the dark".

We were walking for about an hour and half straight, with no signs of any houses. Just as we were beginning to lose hope, we saw a long passage at the left of the road leading to a closed gate. Taehyung instantly perked up. He started to excitedly point to the gate "come on Kookie let's go" he said bouncing around like a little kid. I only giggled in response.

Taehyung's POV:
Something about Jungkook's little giggle made Taehyung's heart start to pick up it's pace but he simply shrugged it off, thinking nothing of it. "You know we need to be careful, there could be people there. We don't want to risk being caught. Not everyone else is as kind as you and your group." He said. "Our" I corrected him. "What?" He asked in confusion. "It's not my group, it's our group" I repeated. He smiled shyly "thanks Tae". God that nickname, he not the only one who calls me that, but for some reason it feels... different when he says it. "For what?" I asked. "For everything" he said, his cheeks red from blushing. The sight almost made my heart stop. I awkwardly scratched the back of my neck "We should probably check the house, it looks like it's gonna be dark soon". "Your right" Jungkook responded snapping back into reality.

Authors POV:
The two cautiously unlatched the gate and pushed it open stiffly with a loud squeak. "Guess it hasn't been opened in a while" Taehyung chuckled. "That's a good sign" Jungkook responded. They walked in and closed the gate behind them to ensure no walkers followed them in while praying that there were none inside. They walked for about two minutes until they were in front of the house which was in fact surrounded by fences, which looked a lot safer then the ones at there old camp. They carefully checked around the perimeter of the farm house and saw no signs of any of the dead. They slowly walked up to the door of the house banging on it loudly in the hopes of drawing out the dead. No groaning or shuffling of feet could be heard so they cautiously opened the door. As soon as they got in they made sure to check all the rooms and make sure no walkers were trapped inside. Jungkook took upstairs while Taehyung looked downstairs. Once they ensured the house was safe they went into the room which was once a kitchen. They eagerly opened the cupboards to check for food. Most of the cupboards were filled with food but a lot of it had already gone bad and had to be thrown out. Didn't want to add food poisoning to their list of problems.

As Taehyung was sorting through the food seeing what was good and what was bad, Jungkook decided to take a proper look around outside. About ten minutes later he came back inside. "Hey Tae, have you ever rode a horse?" He asked. "Ammm... that's a really random question, but no I haven't, why?" Taehyung responded. "Follow me" Jungkook said a hint of excitement to be heard in his voice.

Jungkook led him to a field near the back of the farm. Taehyung had to squint to see what Jungkook was talking about as the sun was just after going down. In the field were three beautiful horses, one black, one white and one brown (ya so what if they could see their color in the dark, it's my story leave me alone). "I wonder how they survived this long" Jungkook pondered while looking into the field. "I guess it was pure luck" Taehyung responded.
