Olivia
When I woke up Madison was sleeping next to me. For a split second I wanted to push her off. Then I rethought it and realized we were bonding. I was trying to sneak out when she woke up and turned over.
"Olivia?"
"Hey Madison." I said calmly still stuck in the one bed.
"How are you feeling?" She asked snapping up.
"Great! Super energized!" I said brightly.
She looked at me confused.
"Where's Chase?" I asked quietly.
"I think he's still sleeping." She muttered unhelpfully. I tried to smile but ended up just walking out to find Chase. Instead I found Dr. Christian.
"Olivia! Why are you out of bed?!" He asked sharply.
"I'm looking for Chase." I said confused at his sudden irritation.
"You should still be out. How did you wake up so quickly?" He seemed to be asking himself more than me.
"Excuse me but where is Chase?" I asked snapping him out of daydream.
"Through there." He said pointing to the room he just left. I nodded slowly and slid past him.
Chase was sleeping on the bed. I looked at his face and noticed he was green.....it took a couple of seconds to register Chase was....GREEN!!
"Madison!" I yelled running back to our room.
"What?" She asked standing in the middle of the room.
"Come quick! Something's wrong with Chase!" I yelled pulling her with me.
She took one look at him and ran at Dielin screaming. I stayed with Chase.
"Oh god oh god!" I decided Dr. Christian might know. I ran down to his lab and forcibly dragged him into Chase's room.
"What Olivia?!" He snapped. I pointed at Chase and saw he was back to normal.
"No really! He was..but....really.." I said trailing off. Dr. Christian shot me a dirty look and walked out. Madison came back into Chase's room.
"Hey Liv." I must have looked at her weird because she back peddled quickly.
"I mean hey Olivia."
"No. Liv is fine....Maddie." I felt instantly guilty. Here I was bonding with my sister and Chase had been green not even ten minutes ago.
"Do you know what's wrong with him?"
"It's that thing Dr. Pokes a lot gave you." Maddie said snottily. The meanness wasn't directed towards me though it was more for Dr....pokes a lot. I giggled at her made up name.
"Did this happen to me?"
Maddie nodded. "Yes, and it means you're going to wake up in about 10 hours. You woke up faster than most." She explained
"Wow. A lot of side effects for one vaccine." I murmured. Her head snapped around.
"They told you it was a vaccine?!" She yelled.
