Chapter 3: That Man

"You're too beautiful to be a villain", The man said as he leaned closer to see Luna's face.

Luna's POV

''How dare you talk to me like that?", I asked coldly as I casted my magic to him that he fell to his knees.

''I'm sorry, but you know what... I mean it. I'm Nicollo, by the way. '', he said, looking at me in the eye. I just gave him a cold glare before I disappear through a black smoke.

As soon as I opened my eyes, I was already home... If you could still call it a home, but a big and empty house... I sat on the couch, burying my face in my hands.

'You're too beautiful to be a villain ', he said... the thought of him made me blush all of a sudden...

Wait, what?! I blushed?! That's ridiculous, that's impossible because I have no feelings! *dug dug... dug dug* Luna cut it out! THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!

''Aaaaaarrrrggghhh! NONSENSE!'', I shouted as I walked inside my room and laid myself to rest...

The next day, I attacked a mall and of course, stole food, stuffs, weapons and many more. After that, I killed a few of 'em and then destroyed the place. It was then that my sister came... Too late...

''Luna! Why? Why are you doing these things? You know, you shouldn't go this far! Always destroying somebody's lives?! You're insane!", she shouted then gave me a punch on the face... It didn't actually hurt, it's just an insect bite compared to the troubles I've been through.

''I'm glad you've figured it out already... But have figured out that it's because of you? You ruined my life FIRST! You took everything from me!... Mom and Dad and everyone else!... especially Nicholas!", I said as I send her flying towards the slide door of the store.

As I was about to follow her outside, someone unimportant suddenly stepped on my way.

"Princess, will you quit it? Destroying things and ruining people's lives won't change anything...", he said, handing me a white rose... I burned it though.

"You again... So I guess you really wanted to die huh?", I said as black auras started to surround my entire body.

"Whoah... No... Not just yet... First I need to know your name... Next you have to go out on a date with me, tell me you love me, too, and lastly you'll have to marry me... After that, I would openly accept my end", he said smiling as he gave me another white rose...

I hated it... That's why I crashed that rose to pieces...

He's too desperate, isn't he? And what did he say?! He loves me? What's that, love at first sight? Well that's trash! But why white when he can give me red?!...

I was about to destroy him for good when he ran to my direction and shouted, "Look out!"

It was a second until I realized that he saved me from Selena's attack. He helped me to get up as I looked at my sister. Sneaking an attack like a coward.

"You! You don't know what you are doing! Get out of here if you still value your life! I'll take care of this!", I heard Selena told Nicollo.

"Alright, alright. But first...", he walked towards me then gave me three red roses, "You know what it means..."

"Idiot.", I said as soon as he left then let out black smoke to surround the roses. It disappeared as soon as the smoke faded.

"Where were we? Oh, I was in the middle of killing you...", I said as I fired a dark flame at her, but she countered it with a golden flame.

For a moment, countless golden flames were fired towards my direction. Only, I simply dodged all of it. Such useless attacks that lack speed are no match against me. But then, a much bigger white ray of light had hit me that I stumbled down...

She suddenly walked towards me and knelt, putting her glowing hand on my forehead.

"What are you doing?", I asked coldly.

3rd Person's POV

Selena was casting her special magic to Luna... A magic eliminating one's memories.

"Luna, be still... I'll help you...", she said softly as her hand started to glow brighter...

But then, Luna immediately casted a dark magic to Selena that she felt dizzyness and failed to continue...

"You know whatever you do, it's not gonna work... I am way more powerful than you... Wake up from that dream of yours...", Luna said glaring at Selena before she disappeared through the darkness. Selena fell unconscious afterwards.

Selena's POV

I woke up lying on my bed with grandma and a man of my age on my bedside.

"Oh Selena! Thank goodness you're awake", Grandma said with a tender voice.

I forced myself to sit up but I suddenly felt pain in my head fell back down instantly.

"Selena, don't move... Of all the injuries you've got, you better rest until tomorrow...", Grandma said, holding my hand.

"W-What happened? W-Where's Luna?", I asked, looking at my grandma's eyes.

"Wait a sec... She's hurting you... She's trying to KILL you and she's ruining everything... How come you still care about her? Yeah you're twins but... What she did are so unforgivable ", said the man beside grandma in disbelief.

I was about to say something when I recognized the man's face... Grandma excused herself, sensing that we're about to talk about something important.

"Y-You! What are you doing here?!", I shouted, pointing at him.

"I believe I'm just the one who saved you from your evil sister ", he said without hesitation.

"Evil?! But, aren't you the one flirting her? Nicollo right?", I asked, confused.

"Flirting with her? Heh! Don't make me laugh!... She killed my brother and you expect me to court her?! Tch! Not a chance...", he said...

"Wait, what?! I don't understand."

"Well... Your boyfriend Nicholas was my brother... He was killed exactly the same date as my birthday... It hurts... A lot... Knowing that my birthday is also the death anniversary of my brother, it pains me like hell...

"That's why I'm planning to get my revenge on that evil sister of yours!", he said angrily. I was silent at the moment.

"In order to take revenge, I'm going to need your help. I could get use of your magic...", he added.

"Uhmm... I can't... I can't do that to my sister... I know Luna's not all that bad. She's only doing those things because of the pain and sadness inside of her...", I said sadly.

"Of all the disaster she made, why do you keep on caring about her and putting her before you?! Think about your parents! The whole Shizene Clan and the innocents she killed!", he said looking at me in the eye.

For a moment, I thought about it through... To be honest, he's got a point...

"*sigh* Alright alright... What's your plan then?", I said as I sighed in defeat...

He smirked then crossed his arms, avoiding my gaze... I've got a bad feeling about this...
