"For there to be betrayal, there would have to have been trust first." - Suzanne Collins, 'The Hunger Games'.

Old abandoned "Sea Side Waste Management" building, Devils Kingdom: July 24th 2020: 4:09 AM

Once a long time ago, this building was the place of housing of the Sea Side Waste Management company's east side chapter here in the favela before it became known as "The Devils Kingdom."

Now, it was an empty ruin.

Well...not completely, some floors were still up to code and the storage areas and abandoned garbage trucks were still there.

Forced to be left behind when the company closed that chapter for safer areas of the city.

Making it the perfect place for "other entrepreneurs" to acquire the place and it's assets for whatever they wanted it for.

A base of operations in the Devil's Kingdom, a storage warehouse, a distribution center for drugs and weapons...or All the above.

One man managed to acquire it before any others did, and that man was the one with the viper snake tattoo painted on his cheek.

The man that was a member of the Three Aztec favela gangland slumlords in Rio...the man Shadow Knight was looking for.

El Viper.

El Viper stood in the corner of the abandoned waste management building that worked as a hat for his drug distribution operation in the Devils Kingdom favela.

He was smoking one of those Cuban cigars...how cliché.

Meanwhile his Vipers were busy loading barrels full of unknown material into the back of three dump trucks.

"Make sure you stupid ass's get those think delivered to the drop off point. I want those barrels out of my territory before the sun rises. Understand?" El Viper ordered.

"Yes boss" one of the Vipers responded.

El Viper walked over to the other corner of the building where trucks bringing in crates of heroin and cocaine were being unloaded.

Several rows of boxes lined the area already.

"After the debacle with the Frenzy, this powder shit is going to have to sooth the burn it made on my profits." El Viper said examining the fresh drugs, waiting to be distributed and sold to potential buyers.

"Especially with these new products straight from labs in Ireland, Spain and Canada boss... Blarney Dust, Orange Taurus and Great Blue Heroine" one of the Vipers added.

"What do they do again?" El Viper asked as he examined the new products he was going to sell alongside the regular heroine.

The Viper gang member who had spoken about the three new underground drugs, explained to El Viper what they could do.

"Blarney Dust's name is a take on the fabled Blarney Stone. The stone that's supposedly gives one 'the gift of gab'...in this case, it gives one 'the gift of blab.' A consumer ends up high, but they speak in nonsense and gibberish like a bunch of imbiciles." The Viper said pointing to the case of green crystal sprinkles.

"Amusing..." El Viper said with a amused smirk, "You sure no one here has been sampling this shit?"

"I wouldn't know if they did or not boss, some of these guys speak in tongues period. Now this is 'Orange Taurus', give's one an incredible adrenaline rush and also as a result increased libido...basically makes you run like a bull till it burns out. Should more than make up for the Frenzy failure." The Viper gang member continued.
