The Perfect Story - Bughead Story

Day 9 B

2 1/2 months later 

I woke up to Juggie like normal getting me up for breakfast. It takes me so much longer to move around now that im 8 1/2 months along and only have 2 weeks till my due date . Jug got me up and out of bed as it is a 10 minute process . I got up and we walked down the stairs which is another 10 minutes and to the table . Jug brought me a glass of water with my vitamens and breakfast as he sat down next to me and ate his food . " Thank you Juggie as usual " 

" Your welcome beautiful " 

" How are you doing Jug " 

" I'm fine how are you doing with the due date in 2 weeks " 

" To be honest i think this is going to happen today or tomorrow . " 

" How do you know " 

" The baby has moved lower and she seems ready i can just feel it " 

" Well we are prepared were just waiting for the time to come ."

" Are you excited " 

" Yes i really want to see her cute little face already . " 

" Me to , i want to be able to walk again . " 

" after the baby comes you can walk as much as you want on your own " 

" I'm excited "We ate are food and went over to the couch to watch Tv . I laid down a had my head in Jugs lap . he rested one hand on my Belly as he was talking to Juliet . I had a sudden urge to pee which is normal because juliet pushes on my bladder sometimes . I had Jug help me get up as i was walking to the bathroom all the sudden a gush of water spread on the floor and my legs were soaked . Jug was right next to me helping me walk when this happened . " Jug i think my water just broke " 

" I can tell  , i'll get your bag "Jug ran upstairs and got my bag and came back down  . I hadn't had any contractions so i was okay , We started walking to the car slowly as Jug made sure i went at my own pace . We got in the car and headed over to the hospital . Jug was so amazing because he wasn't like going crazy or anything he was calm and made sure i  was comfortable and taken care of . He went inside and got a wheel chair as my contractions started to kick in but were really far apart . Jug helped me into the wheel chair and grabbed my bag as he pushed me in . We checked in at the front desk and they took me back to the room . I got changed into a hospital gown with Jugs help of course and he got me up into the bed . My contractions were 20 minutes apart but i am in labor sine the water broke . The doctor came in and strapped some bands around my stomach and he checked to see if i was dilated at all .  He said i was a bit but we need to wait tell i am further along so just rest . Jug sat in a chair right next to the bed hoding my hand . " How are you doing betts " 

" Fine , why are you so calm " 

" Well i just thought this is stressful enough to you and on your body that you just need support and help . " 

" Thank you Juggie your the sweetest " we waited and my contractions slowly grew closer together but it was taking forever . Jug fell asleep with his head on my bed but still n the chair . I combed through his hair as he was quietly snoring .His black curls were sprawled out everywhere and they were all messy . I smiled but soon was hit with a contraction .Jug placed his hand on my thigh as he slowly got up ." Hey good morning " 

" Sorry i fell alseep "

" Don't apologize you were really tired . " 

" How are you doing with contrations " 

" Okay , they are getting closer though . "  

" Thats good , why don't you try to get some sleep . " 

" can i sleep on your chest please " 

" Yeah sure " Jug then laid next to me and i cuddled up as good as i could on his chest . I slept for a couple hours but my contractions were now so close i couldn't sleep . Jug got up and left to get some coffe and i just waited for the doctor . Jug came back and sat next to me holding my hand . The doctor came in and checked and said i was fully dilated and i was going to start pushing really soon . They put my legs in stirrups and the doctor gave me the okay to start pushing .Jug sat next to me holding my hand as i would squeeze it and push against it . I pushed for 30 minutes until finally are beautiful baby girl was born Jug cut the umbilical cord and The took her away and cleaned her up and put her in some little clothes and a blanket . They cleaned everything up with me and left me as they took the baby to do some paperwork and test to make sure she is healthy . I laid back into the bed worn out from that as Jug kissed my forehead and said " You did it Betts i'm so so proud of you  "

" Thanks Juggie " They brought are baby girl in and Jug got up and took her . He came over to me and lightly placed the baby in my arms .He sat down and we just stared at the beautiful sleeping baby the was now ares .  " She is amazing" 

" she is isn't she "

" All the pain was worth it for this little one  " 

" I'm the happiest person in the world because now we are a family . " 

" I love you Jug " 

" I love you to Betts " Jug held me close to him as he rubbed my arm . I was really tired and needed sleep so Jug took Juliet for me and sat down in the chair next to me . Jug tucked me into the bed and gave me a kiss as he turned off the lights . He texted the family for me  as i slept . He put juliet down in a crib in my hospital room . Jug crawled into the bed with me and i laid on to jugs chest as we both fell asleep . Are family and freinds showed up slowly piece by piece . My mom was the first to come while me and Jug were sleeping . The baby started crying and jug just kissed my cheek and said " I got her just go back to sleep " 

" Okay thanks babe "
