The Perfect Story - Bughead Story

DAY 41 B

We woke up via Juliet crying for jug He went to get up but I made sure he stayed in bed " Hun your really sick I got her . "

" Okay " She was still in our room so I just picked her up and took her into her room . 

 " Mama whrr Dada " She was adorable and are tiny little munchkin she also is trying to pronounce new words and it makes here 10x cuter .  

" Julies daddy is sick . " When she heard that she got sad and upset and started to cry for Jug . she sounded very upset and i have never seen her this upset before . Out of nowhere JUg comes in her room . " Juggie your supposed to be resting " 

" She is calling for me Betts " 

" Okay just sit down in the rocking chair for me please . " 

" I will don't worry " He then sat down in the rocking chair and i gave him Julies then put a mask on him . 

" Sorry she has a weak immune system because she is so young . " 

" I understand " Julies finally realised she got what she wanted and stopped crying . 

" Dada "

" Hey princess " his voice was pretty much gone but it was good enough for julies. He gently placed a kiss on her forehead . He gave her some food and rocked her back to sleep . We tucked her in and headed back to the room . Jug then headed straight to the bathroom . I grabbed a small light blanket and went after him . He wasn't throwing up but he said he felt like he had to . I put the blanket over him as he was freezing . HE soon though started to puke and i just sat on the floor next to him and rubbed his back . He stopped and grabbed a hold of the blanket laying back on my shoulder I just comforted him the best i could . " Can we go to Bed " he asked quietly 

" Of course " I helped him up and over to the bed , He was so cold but his head was really hot . 

" B-b-betts " 

" Yes handsome " 

" Do you have a warmer blanket " 

" Yeah i think i 'll grab it " I headed downstairs to are coat closet as i grabbed this big thick warm blanket .

I grabbed an ice pack from the freezer for his fever and headed back up to him . I put the blanket on him tucking him in and the put the ice on his forehead . "Thanks" 

" Of course my love i'm going to change into new clothes then i'll lay with you " he gave a smile . I changed into new pajamas and crawled under the blanket as he laid onto my chest deeply under the covers . I massaged his hair until he fell asleep . I fell asleep not to long after . I woke up around 8 to a knock on the bedroom door . I said come in quietly trying not to wake up Jug . It was Jellybean as she came over and looked down at jug as he was snuggled deep onto my chest . " Hey whats up " 

"Mom sent me up her to check on Jughead ." 

" Oh he isn't doing to hot but hopefully will be doing better soon . "

" Can they come up her and talk with him " 

" Yeah sure " She ran down and let them up . I rubbed his back lightly to wake him up . They entered in as jug was waking up slightly . 

" Mhm " he mumbled 

" I know your feeling cruddy but your family is here to see you . " 

" Okay " He said his voice was worse then before . He slowly sat up against the head board . I held his hand as it was super cold . I didn't want him to feel lonely so i held it .

" Juggie i'm going to go and turn up the heat since you still freezing cold . " he ave a nod as i left and his parents started talking .  Once i got back everyone was in the bathroom and I heard jug throwing up . I grabbed the small light blanket and went into the bathroom as everyone was just standing and watching at the door frame . I felt so bad for him since everyone was just watching him and nobody was caring for him. He just has all these eyes staring down at him.  I wrapped him in the blanket as he held it . I sat next to him and rubbed his back lightly.  Once he finished he laid in my arms as I rubbed his arm he then he then started to break down crying .  I kissed his head and just rocked him back and forth slightly as he calmed down " it's okay honey " I said gently as Gladys came over and started to rub his back . I mouthed thank you to her because I knew how much jug needed there support .

" Bed " he whimperd quietly . Just enough for me and Gladys to hear . 

" Okay , whatever your up for.  " He got up slowly and made are way back to the room . He laid back in bed as I tucked him In with the blanket.  I put the ice packet on his forehead and just laid some kisses on it to which made him smile.  " Im going to go call the doctor and feed Julie's give your parents some alone time with you.  " He gave a nod and I left them . I got Julie's up and I was feeding her while I was on the phone with the doctor.  I finished with Julie's and took her upstairs to are room and put her in her bouncer as she played with everything and whatched me.  I sat next to jug as I was ending the call.i put my phone off to the side . " So handsome you have the flu , luckly it isn't contagious but I have to go get your meds from the pharmacy later . " He nodded . He then rolled on his side and laid his head in my lap .

" We're going to head out call us if you need anything at all . "

" Okay . " I lightly rubbed his head . " Handsome would you like food or water . "

" No no I just want to lay down. Under the covers with you "

" Okay handsome . " I laid down and he laid on my chest hugging my waist. " We can watch a movie if you want . "

" Yeah " we watched 5 feet apart and he fell asleep halfway through I got up off the bed and carefully not waking him up I put jewels in her car seat and went over to the pharmacy to get his meds I picked up dinner from his favorite place we headed home jug was asleep on the couch covered in the big fluffy blanket I put the food in on the coffee table and sat down next to his head but on the floor.

" Juggie"  i said quietly kissing his check .

"Yea " he mumbled back.

"I have food you have to eat to take your meds."

" Okay by the way there's other people here."

" Okay for right now all I care about is making sure you take your meds and eat something. " He smiled as I massaged his head . He sat up and I got off the floor and sat next to him ." I got your favorite . "

" Do I have to. "

" I know it hurts but the pharmacist said you have to eat hun or you will throw up your pill . " He looked so sad about having to eat.  But he always loves eating . He took a bit if his cheeseburger and ate it slowly and throly then I heard Veronica's voice.  " Hey v "

" Hey B . Me , Archie,Toni,Cheryl,Kevin are all here to see you guys.  "

" You can come out here "  they came out and sat on the couch. 

" Can I stop " jug whined

" One more bite hun okay " he then took one more bite and handed it to me as I wrapped it back up and put it away.  I gave him his medicine and some water . Once he finished he laid his head on my shoulder . I made sure he was covered in the blanket. " It's going to get better soon " I kissed his head .

" Okay ." He mumbled as he moved into my lap . I combed through his hair lightly . " I love you " he said in a deep sick raspy voice .

" I love you to handsome " he soon fell asleep .

" Wow when Gladys said jughead was sick I didn't think it was this bad   ."

" Yeah we finally got medicine"

" Well we came to visit "

" Okay " we visited for awhile until jug started coughing in his sleep.  He then rolled over and tucked his head in my stomach. I rubbed his back lightly . 

" Betts "

" Yes honey . " 

" love you . " 

" Love you to Juggie " he then fell back asleep on me and started to snore quietly it was adorable . we kept talking for awhile . they soon left as I played with julies and I watched TV then headed upstairs to bed .
