To my readers:
Memphis, the first capital of Ancient Egypt was built by Pharaoh Menes. Menes built his palace there. It has very beautiful features. Pharaoh Anmatre lives in the palace. In ancient egypt the word "Pharaoh" comes from "Pero". The word "Pero" literally means "Great house".
**This history is important for my story.**
........................................................................
Memphis, the capital of Egypt is very important. Because the Pharaoh lives here and all the political works are conducted from here. When Menet ruled he united all the Nomes and thus created an unseparable Egypt.
Memphis is its capital. Here in a beautiful palace lives Pharaoh Anmatre and Queen Asiya. At first the palace is a silent, monotonous place for both of them because only they live there. But as days pass it becomes lively, beautiful. Nowadays to Anmatre and Asiya the palace looks like a heaven where only their children rule. After Aziza's birth, they have more children. They also have fun with their children. Let me, the author of this story give one example. It starts in this way- Anmatre is sitting in the garden. From there he can hear Amir's cooing who is his son. Then he realizes that he was followed by someone. He turns around to meet his son. Amir crawls to him. Anmatre takes him in his lap. For the first time he holds one of his children. With his one hand he holds Amir's waist and drags him to take him in his lap. This makes Amir laughing.
Looking at his father, the boy utters "mama!". Anmatre finds humor in Amir's calling him his "mama". So he corrects him by saying, "I am not mama. Mama is over there." Pointing towards the palace he tells him.
"Mama?!" This time Amir takes his father's face in his little palms. He kisses his cheek.
Pharaoh now realizes that his prince has no fear of him. He is afraid that may be all of his children are afraid that he has only one hand. But this time his fear is gone. The child is not afraid of him. He does not even mistake him as her mother.
"Awww! Now I understand. You want my attention. What? Mama does not see you?"
Amir moves his head from right to left which means he replies negatively. "No." He replies.
Ammatre suppresses his laugh seeing his son's cute expression.
Amir replies making puppy eyes, now addressing Anmatre properly, "Mama busy, Papa!"
"True." Anmatre replies. " Mama should be busy. Because she has your sister to look after. Now Amir! Tell me a story."
Amir is excited. For the first time, someone wants to hear a story from him. He only listens to stories told to him. Both he and his sister. But he wants to tell stories as well. He can not because Aziza dors not want him to. Now that he gets his father,an attentive listener, he will surely tell him a story. But the problem is that the more deep he goes into his story, the more Papa gets asleep. So now he looks at Anmatre with suspicious eyes.
"What? Amir! Am I doing anything wrong."
" Yes Papa! You get asleep. Promise me! Papa, you not get asleep untill I finish the story." Amir tells him in a manner of 2 years old boy.
"I promise. I will not get asleep until my son finishes his story. If I do so, O Amun! Please do punish me."
Amir sighs at this. His Papa will never change and he does not want him to be.
Now Asiya appears. There she enjoys the conversation between Amir and Anmatre. Anmatre notices her. He calls her.
"Asiya! Your son searches for you. But then he mistakes me as you."
"Am I right? Amir!" He asks him. Amir only stares at him. Anmatre playfully messes Amir's black, smooth hairs. Pharaoh sometimes thinks how his son has so many hair when he has no hairs at all. But that makes him beautifull.
Asiya tells him once, "if your hair grows then it will not suit you, my Pharaoh! And to me you are the most handsome man in Egypt." Anmatre becomes as red as tomato at this remark.
They have 3 children - Aziza, Amir, Nefera. Nefera is a baby of 4 months. Aziza is 6 years old and Amir is 2 years old. Asiya is busy with Nefera. So she gives little times to her elder children. That's why they miss her. But this creates a strong bonding between them and their father.
They play around the palace making the palace a heaven. Sometimes Aasar and Nimia join them. They are also expecting.
