We Can Share, For Now - Ren Jinguji x Reader x Ai Mikaze

 I show the idols a few more steps for the day before our time is done. I grab my (F/C) towel and wipe the sweat from a top my brow. After I'm done here it's time for me to start working with STARISH and QUARTET NIGHT. They're doing an eleven idol song that needs choreography. I've never worked with either groups before so I'm quite excited to meet all of them this afternoon.

I'm interested to see what type of people they are. It's a great opportunity that Shining offered me.

Swiftly I enter through the doors into the large practice room where the eleven idols await me. Right away I start off with introducing myself.

"Hello everyone! I'm (L/N) (Y/N), but please call me by my first name! I'll be your choreographer from today forward, so let's all get along with each other," I say full of energy and excitement as I look at all the idols in front of me. Quickly I learn their names and start practice. Throughout I can already tell what dance moves each idol could be doing.

At the end of practice as I pack up my things and take a drink from my water bottle two people approach me.

"Ren, Ai. Is there something you need or have questions on?" I ask as I place my water in my bag and sling my bag over my shoulder, placing a smile on my face. I noticed the two of them talking a little bit between breaks, but I have no idea what on.

"It's your keychain," Ai says to me matter of fact. I tilt my head a little in confusion and take a look at the keychain I placed on my bag. It's an avatar of this MMORPG game I'm obsessed with. Everyday right after work I surround myself with junk food and play it, not moving from my computer chair until it's time for me to go to bed.

"What about it?" I ask. They look at each other for a quick second before answering me.

"We also play it," Ren answers this time. At first I just stand there for a few seconds before stretching another smile on my face.

"That's amazing! So you two must play with each other right? Out of all my time as a choreographer I've never met anyone else who plays it!" I say to them bursting with excitement once again.

"If you want we can play together. Let's exchange usernames," Ren says to me with a wink. Ai nods his head as well.

"It would be a nice way to get to know you better as well. You can only say and talk so much at work," Ai adds on. I quickly nod my head and give them my username. They give me theirs as well and then they head out telling me that they'll talk to me tonight.

I rushed home right away after I ate my dinner from a food stand. Right away once I got into my apartment I went to my computer and booted the game up. That night I entered a friendship that I didn't expect to become anything else more than that.

After that night things went by pleasantly well for the next few months. I think it is easy to say that I've connected most with the youngest member of the quartet and to the flirty saxophone player. Not only that but it's nice to have gaming buddies that you can actually call your buddies. I've gotten so close to them during these past few months. I think everyone can tell how friendly we are to each other as we practice the dance routines.

It's even better as we play and talk to each other. Our conversations and tones get even more comfortable and friendly with each other. It's nice to just rant to people who care and actually listen to you. The both of them actually end up replying back with their own comments besides just making a noise or a okay or something. It actually feels nice to be cared about.
