My Halloween Queen - Ranmaru Kurosaki x Reader

 I jump around my beloved excitedly. Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays, and to spend it with the one I love makes it even better.

"Oi, can you ever calm down?" Ranmaru says to me as he watches my bouncing form go around him once more. Finally I allow myself to jump right beside him with a loud clap.

"Of course! But now is not the time! I can't wait!" I say as me and Ranmaru walk closer and closer towards the Haunted House. Me and him are both dressed up in costume.

Ranmaru is wearing a white dress shirt with a black and white striped vest. He has a black suit jacket on over them and black dress pants covering his bottom, along with black dress shoes with white laces. His whole outfits shows a few rips and tears. In replace of his bowtie is a fake spider sprawled out. Half of his face and neck has makeup covering it all looking as though he is half skeleton.

My costume is a floor length white dress with torn rips and slashes all around it. The parts of the bottom showing off any of my legs are replaced with makeup, showing my leg bones. The top is less slashed but it's torn and ripped more around my stomach, back, and ribcage. Again, makeup covering the skin to show my bones. My cleavage and collarbone are easily exposed with no makeup on them.

It's a sleeveless dress so to cover up some of my arms we added makeup to show my bones. On top of my (H/C) messey locks lays a wedding veil that is equally torn and shattered. It's being held on my head through fake thorns and fake, dried blood. Then at last my face, which gives the illusion that I've been crying blood. As we walk towards the front door of the house I can hear the tapping of my perfect, untouched white heels from under me.

"Alright! This is it!" I say happily with excitement coursing through out me. Ranmaru lets out sigh as he knocks on the door. At first there is nothing. Then he tries again. By the fifth time it finally swings open, with a ghost popping out and scaring us.

I see Ranmaru jump a little at the cheap trick as I just stand there amazed.

"Wow! It actually looked real! C'mon! This will be the best one yet!" I say as I grab Ranmaru's hand and drag him inside with me to explore the Haunted House. Even if it isn't actually haunted. It's the thrill that gets me. As soon as the both of us enter the door behind us shuts, making Ranmaru jump a little at it.

It's extremely dark inside and you can barely make anything out, slowly we tread forward holding each other's hand as we go through. After a few steps lights turn on, yet they are extremely dimmed. It allows us though to walk a bit faster through the house. After another step forward a crazed Host pops out at us.

"PleASe! EnjOy YoUr TiME hErE! ThIs PartY iS aLL fOr yOU aFter All! ALL of uS WilL MAkE suRE yOu FeEL WeLComED HeRe!" The Host greets us in a spooky manner. I'm too amazed at his costume and acting to notice the familiarity in him. So just like that, the lights flash off and on again only for him to be out of sight.

I look around once more in amazement before we continue on. As we progressed through the house Ranmaru got more and more relaxed. He still held onto my hand firmly as we continued to get spooked by everything popping out at us. Some were so good that I even ended up in Ranmaru's arms more than once. For this being a brand new Haunted House this year and only being open tonight, I'm rather enjoying it and it's instantly becoming one of my favorites.

After our latest spook left us I turned towards Ranmaru with an amazed and happy smile on my face.

"I hope they open again next year! This is the best Haunted House I've ever been to! So, let's go again next year. Is that alright Ranmaru?" I ask him with a loving tune in my voice. He stares at me and then smiles at my words chuckling and nodding his head.
