Double Etheree: Naked

"Get
Naked,"

He told me
One winter night.
I was shivering,
My lips shaking in fright.
Would he get mad if I'd say,
"I'm not ready yet"? Would he stay?
I found the answers to my questions
When he looked at me with blank confusion.
"I think you misunderstood me," he said,
"I don't mean having sex on the bed."

He kissed me softly and I knew,
He wanted to have a clue
About what's inside me.
I should make him see
All of my soul,
He could have
Me whole...
Bare.
