I laughed manically and smiled a sick twisted smile while looking down at the bleeding man at my feet. I was exceptionally happy about my kill this time. Any other time it would just be the glee of killing a human. This time it was personal. This angel that I killed came from Heaven itself just to interfere with my kills.

I watched as the red liquid known as blood slowly poured out of the wound and stained his white t-shirt. The blood seeped through his shirt and hit his white wings staining them a deep red color. I kneeled down right beside the body and yanked the dagger out of his stomach.

I hadn't stabbed him where his heart was because that would let him come back to life and start tracking me again in about two weeks to a month. Stabbing him in the stomach would take six months to a year for him to be ready to start tracking me yet again.

I pulled out a small square like black cloth from my dark red jeans pocket and pulled the cloth along the blade taking the blood off of it as it made its way to the tip of the blade. After the cloth had soaked up all the blood I walked over to the nearby lake, my black cape swishing behind me, and threw it into the water having no more use for it.

Thunder clapped in the sky and rain began pouring down from the clouds. "Oh just lovely," I muttered.

Don't get me wrong rain is a very nice weather but that just means I can't do anymore kills because not many people like to be out in this weather. I don't exactly like to kill people in buildings, though I can make myself invisible to every human eye, I would have to become visible to kill them.

Whereas outside nobody notices me unless you count the person I'm going to kill, but they notice me just a little too late. Oh how I love their scream of fright when they finally notice me less than a foot away about ready to plunge the dagger into their heart.

A smile pulled at my pale pink lips at the very thought. I walk across the cold wet grass in my combat boots heading for the street. I was going home to my apartment. I passed off as a regular twenty three year old girl who had a habit of wearing a black or dark red cape with the hood up hiding the upper half of my face. All anyone could see was my pale chin and a pale pink lip that was pierced.

I walked into the lobby my cape was drenched, but you couldn't tell because of it being black. I walk pass the desk and over to the elevators. Someone was already standing there waiting for the elevator so I didn't have to press the button. The guy had light brown hair and wore a light blue t-shirt with gray jeans. He wore converse that had mismatched laces one was checkered black and white the other was checkered white and light blue.

I could only see the side of his face and couldn't tell anything of his facial features. Finally the doors open and everyone in the elevator walks out and heads to the desk. It was likely they were coming to complain about something.

The guy stepped into the elevator first and I followed. I reach over to press my floor to realize the button was already pressed. I lean back against the wall and glance over at blue shirt. I could now see he had gray green eyes and a crooked nose.

I suddenly realized my apartment was the only apartment on the top floor. So why is he headed there? I turned toward him, grabbed his wrist, twisted it behind his back, and shoved him against the wall.

"Whoa what the heck?" he shouted at me.

I put my mouth right by his ear and said through gritted teeth. "Who are you and why the heck are you coming to my apartment?"

He squeezed his eyes shut before opening them. "I'm Jordan and I'm your long lost brother."

I pulled him back and shoved him hard against the wall. He winced in pain. "Wrong answer, I don't have a brother and I never will," I said with my lips very close to his ear yet again.
