Ch. 20

April's POV:

After that long winter break, school was starting up again. I'm glad i'm home schooled. Mostly becuase I don't like starting fresh at different schools, so I got lucky this time. Also becuase of my broken bones. That's a big part. I might be wrapped up for awhile.

Right now I was sitting down on the couch working on my school work while Nash was at his school. Mr. and Mrs. Grier work out of house and of course Hayes is also at school. Oh and Sky is being babysat today sense her school didn't start up till 5th of January. Today was 2nd. So she was kinda lucky you could say.

I got the house to myself I could do anything I wanted to.

Oh wait I can't do that because I have school work. I have to admit I've never done home school before so staying in an house with no one here is tempting to not do school work.

It's 12:30pm.

Maybe I should eat something. Yeah i'll do that.

I got up from the comfy couch and went to the kitchen. I know i'm 17 in all but i'm still scared of being alone. They don't have any pets so that sucks.

I made my self a ham and cheese sandwhich with some chips as the side and grabbed and coke then went back to the couch. I sat down and put on some TV and started to eat. Two minutes later I heard the door bell ring. What now!

I got up and went to the door and opened it.

"Hello." Said a pale, blonde haired, green eyed boy. Well I shouldnt say boy he was my age as far as I knew.

"Um hi. May I help you?" I questioned.

"Oh um sorry. Yes well I just wanted to stop by and say hi. I just moved in next door actually." I didn't know the house next door was for sale? Strange.

"Oh well hi welcome to the nieghborhood. This is the Grier's residence. My name is April Winston. I'm obviously not a Grier." I held out my hand to his and shook it.

"Well nice to meet you. Do you live here with them?" He asked looking confused in the process.

"Oh yes. I'm gonna be staying here for two years. I got here last summer actually. I decided to come here with my boyfriend that lives here. His name is Nash." His eyes went big at the name. Of course. "But right now i'm working. Well home schooling that is. I'm the only one in the house right now. So you could stop by later-"

"Oh yeah, I will bring my whole family over for dinner possibly." He has smirk on his face. What is he playing. "But of course ask your family." With that he was gone.

"I guess." I said to myself. I just shrugged and shut the door and went to finish my home schooling.

*Nash's POV*

It was 5th period and I wanted to go home. Just three more classes left.

"Hey Nash." Ugh Marissa.

"Hi. What do you want today?" I asked sternly yet annoyed.

"Nothing I just wanted to say hi." She started to play with the collar of my shirt. I need to get out of here. Five minutes left Nash.
