Chapter 34

Ch. 34

April's POV

Early morning....I sighed when I woke up.

We where already packed. All we had to do was get ready say goodbye and off we were to California. I haven't been backed their in what feels like forever.

We were already to go, we got our stuffed packed up and we said our goodbyes and off we were. I decided to put in my headphones and just listen to my own music. Try to not think of what is yet to come.

I felt a hand on my thigh and smiled a bit.

Fourty Five minutes later we were at the airport, checking in and waiting to get on. Nash could tell I wasn't in the best of moods. I just couldn't stop thinking.

"April." I felt a hand on my shoulder. He sighed.

"Yes? Nash." I sighed and turned around facing him while we were sitting down waiting for our plane. "I'm fine ok, I just want to sleep and cuddle up with you all day and all night thats all. I just don't want to know how bad it could be." I sighed heavily and leaned against him, head on shoulder.

"Yeah. Same. Like I said babe, i'll be their for you ok. I always will." He kissed my head lightly and we looked out side and our plane was arriving. "Come on baby girl." Nash pulled me up.

"I'm coming." I giggled.

We boarded our plane, took our seats and I went right to sleep, just like that.

*Nash's POV:*

Six hours is such a long time. The farthest i've gone in a plane was about 8 hours. I could never imagine going across the world to be honest.

We made it to her grandma's house and was immediately grabbed into a hug and was welcomed in. She told us where to put our stuff. Since we were staying here and all. We got settled in and we went back down stairs.

"So...how is my favorite couple in the world." April and I both blushed and sat down on the couch and cuddled up. It was about dinner time.

"We are ok grandma Winston." I told her with a little bit of that fake smile in me. I felt April nod.

"Well that's good. I know it's hard and I also know that was a fake smile Nash." I looked at her and was shocked. But she was right.

"Yeah."

"So, do you want to eat first before we go see them?" She asked with a sigh.

"Nah we good." April was shaking. She didn't feel cold. "April...babe...are you ok?"

"Ya i'm fine. Lets go." She got up really fast and took her jacket and out the door she went.

I shrugged my shoulders at grams and she shrugged back but we both sighed at the exact same time. "Lets go then." She nodded and we both went out the door. April waiting in the car.

We got to the hospital real fast and got out of the car.

"Mr. and Mrs. Winston please." I said to the front desk person.

"Are the three of you all family?" We nodded our heads and she gave us the directions and we were off.

Holding April's hand with in mine, telling her it's going to be ok, we got their in no problem...yet.

I let her go in first.

*April's POV:*

I opened the door, let go off Nash's hand very slowly not wanting to let go. I got in and their where mom and dad sleeping beside each other but on different beds. I pulled up a chair and sat between them.

"Mom? Dad?" My dad's eyes opened first.

"April?"

"Hi dad." I gave him a squeeze in the hand and sighed.

"Hunny. Don't cry. We are perfectly fine. Says the doctor. Your mom is sleeping...hold on...Sara?" He reached over and shook her arm and she woke up surprisingly.

"Mom!" I hugged her as lightly as possible.

"April! Hi hunny. I'm so glad you're here." She said with a big smile.

"You guys look perfect...what happened? I don't see any injuries..." I looked over them.

My dad coughed and told the story.

"Well you can't see anything because...." He lifted up his hospital shirt and so did mom and the're holes all over thier stomachs. "Ya. We got lucky, says the doctor. They have never seen this type of accident before. We had poles come at us through the window. There was a truck in front of us and I didn't see it and apparently it had poles. We crashed into the back of it and the poles came falling down and....well this happened. I'm surprised I still know what happened." I looked over at mom and she nodded her head.

"Ya. It wasn't the truck driver's fault that's for sure." I shook my head in understanding.

"I don't know what to say...I mean i've never heard of that before. I'm gonna go let in Nash and grams in ok." They nodded their heads. I got up let in Nash and grams and they took a seat behind me in the middle of my parents beds.

"Hi Nash hun, i'm so glad to see you again." My mom smiled.

"Same son." My dad happily agreed.

I looked back at Nash and he was smiling. "Nice to see you guys again." I looked at him and he understood that I would tell him about what happened later.

We stayed in the room till we got kicked out and had to go home. I told them I would visit again tomorrow and gave them kisses and hugs and said my goodbyes.

"See that wasn't so bad babe." I smiled up at him but he had no idea how bad it was.

Literally goals for a relationship right there in this chapter. Bruh. Goals. Haha, ok so this chapter felt really good to write than my last ones. And I don't know why. But more to come:)
