Sweet Dreams And Memories

I lay on the ground for a moment trying to catch the breath

that had been knocked out of me. Liam came over and nuzzled

my fur with his nose. I smiled and stood up on my shaking legs

and strecthed. The sound of my bones popping echoed

through the woods. I shifted back to my human form and

pulled my knees to my chest. There was no need for shyness

thanks to Zoe, but she wasn't in control anymore. Call me

crazy but I wasn't ready for Liam to keep getting free looks at

my naked form. I wasn't as free spirited as other wolves when

it came to nudity.

"So do you wanna go for a swim?" I asked when he shifted back to human form.

"Sure." He said pausing to think for a moment.

He stood and stuck out his hand for me to grab, I was again

treated to a look of his gorgeous body. I shook it off and

grabbed his hand. We walked down the make shift dock, he

immediately jumped in leaving me to question my sanity. I

never really liked water, well it wasn't the water it was the fish

in the water that I didn't like. I watch jeremy wade. He came up

from the water and swam the short distance back to the dock.

"Are you going to get in, it was your idea after all."

"I'm thinking about it."

"Dont tell me you're still afraid of fish?" He asked eyebrow

raised.

"No." I said lying easily hoping the quiver in my voice didn't

give me away.

A smile appeared on his gorgeous features and I knew I had

been found out.

"Jump in and I'll catch you, you can hold onto me and I'll

protect you from the mean ole fishes.

"Fine, but you better catch me."

I closed my eyes and jumped in the water. I didn't sink very far

Liam's arms instantly wrapped around me pulling me up from

under the water. I wrapped my arms around his neck not

daring to let go.

"I told you I'd catch you." He said his voice tickling my ear.

"That you did." I said smiling into his chest.

We swam around for awhile, enjoying the warm water on our

bodies. I mustered up enough courage to let go of Liam and

swim by myself. He had to talk me into it though. I lay on my

back floating in the water when a pair of arms pulled me

under.

I gasped taking in a mouth full of water. I clawed my way back

to the surface and sputtered out the water and took in a deep

breath of air. I turned and saw Liam trying to hold back his

laughter.

"You jerk!" I said splashing him with water.
