Chapter 8 - The date

~Derek's POV~

*Earlier That morning*

I woke up a little disoriented but soon knew I had slept over at Kat's place. I knew Scott and the guys would come over if they weren't already here. So I had decided I would take Katalina out on a date and that I would jump out the window so The guys which possibly include Allison and Lydia wouldn't know I had stayed here all night. I wrote her a note saying to dress nice but have comfy shoes. My perfect date plan was officially in motion. I had never asked kat what her perfect date would be because I had never had that much confidence that she had feelings for me much less actually go on a date with me or be my girlfriend. So I had to make this as perfect as possible.

~Katalina's POV~

*present time*

So we were Derek's car. I assume it's a surprise but I'm not much of a surprise type of person.

"Der?" I say so sweetly

"Yes, Kat?" He replies. He also looks super hot. Like damn!! I would have sex with him right now!

"Where are we going?" I ask as I bat my eyelashes. Please work please work!

"It's a surprise," he says. I just look at him unamused like really I knew he would do this. I wish I had a power to read minds...

"You look beautiful kat." he says when I don't reply.

"I know. I always look beautiful." I reply conceitedly. He just looks delish. I really want to run my fingers through all that dark black hair. mmmm. The way his suit jacket wraps around his toned arms. The way his tight white v neck shirt showed off his perfect abs. I really wanted to take his clothes off of him. ;)

"Your arousal is rolling off you in waves. I'm practically drowning in your arousal," he says smirking.

"Who said I was thinking about you? I could be thinking about stiles or Issac and their wonderful good looking selves." I state casually. from that, I hear a possessive growl and a fist hitting the steering wheel.

"You will not think of any other man that is not myself." He growls out. His voice is gruff and low and a total turn on.

The car is at a complete stop now. I have angered him I know I am such a terrible person/mate.

"Babe, I'm sorry I made you mad. I wasn't thinking about anyone other than you and all I would do to you." I say sweetly and gingerly peck his lips and rub my hand on his upper thigh in a way that's all too taunting.

"It's fine." He says huskily. His arousal is off the charts. But it was okay because he was going to get some action if this date turned out well.

*later when they get to the destination of where the date was going to take place*

"Close your eyes." He said

"Okay" I reply excitedly. I had a feeling this date was going to be perfect.

"I will help you walk so that you don't fall. The ground is a bit uneven so be careful. I'd rather our date not end with you in the ER." He laughed. His laugh was like music.

A few minutes later...

"Open your eyes." He said. I did and what I saw was a beautiful sunset with a picnic blanket laid out on the grass and fairy lights hung on the tress above.

"Do you like it?" He asked. I couldn't reply. I didn't know I was crying until i heard him speak again.

"If you don't like it. We can do something else!" He replied in a hurry. You could hear the panic in his voice.

I walked over and said "I love it and to be quite honest I am speechless. This is the most wonderful and special thing anyone has ever done for me. Thank you!"

"Your welcome. You had me a little worried when you started crying." He admitted.

"Anyways, for food I brought Italian from our favorite Italian place. I got chicken parm and garlic knots with tiramisu for dessert!" He says to me

We dig into our large plate of chicken parm and apparently we got the same noodle and did the cliche noodle kiss Like in lady and the tramp.

We than ate tiramisu and laid on the blanket. We talked and laughed for hours.

Until Derek said " Katalina, It's one in the morning. I'm going to take you home."

"Okay." I smiled. It had been one of the best dates I had ever been on.

*back at Kats house*

When we got back all were asleep. Do remember I got a house big enough for multiple people. So stiles was on the couch with Scott. Mama McCall had one room. Issac was in a room. I think Lydia and Allison went home.

Once we quietly got upstairs, I pulled mr. Big bad alpha into my room and you can guess what happened from there. ;)
