"Boss lady the dinner is set up with the family tonight. I have the chef who is on her way to your house to start prepping, I have the staff who will be serving you guys tonight and i took the liberty of inviting your guests. Gerald's parents will be a little late but they will be there. I bought the girls matching dresses as well. You are suppose to be coming into the warehouse today to check on things, so don't forget that."
"Okay Jen. Thanks for being my friend. You are the best."
"Girl you know I got you and I invited Lexi and Ashton as well because I know you would want her to be there."
"Thank you! Will you be there?"

"Okay give me time to get dressed and I will be down to the warehouse and I might stop by the salon as well."

I hang up and sink into the tub. So much has been going on and my father has been on my mind heavily. I think I will call him to meet with him tomorrow. I get out and dry off and get dressed.

I throw a wig on and head for the door. I do not have time for my hair today. I get in the car and head towards the warehouse. I head inside and immediately see no one working at all.
"Okay so this is why orders have been late? Why is no one working? Why is everyone on a collective break? This is not a hang out. This is a place of business. If you guys don't work, we don't get paid. Now that I know you guys don't work well without supervision because Jen can't be here all of the time. She is still my damn assistant. I will be dropping by more and more and so will she. I will be doing evaluations and some thing are about to change around here. Y'all really playing with my money and my time. I don't need anyone working for me that doesn't want to actually freaking work."
I leave and head over to the salon and find my girls doing what they are suppose to do.
"Hey boss lady."
"Hey Jen. From now on we will be doing weekly evaluations at the warehouse and the salon to make it fair. Also, fire the warehouse manager and let's start looking for a new one. Can you have the receptionist to prepare the books for me and you drop them off when you come over tonight. I have to do something with my hair and find the perfect dress for tonight."
"Okay. i'm on it now."
I head out to go to my favorite store. I walk into the mall and head in the direction of fashion nova.
